Our family love staying at this property. It’s one of the largest properties we’ve ever rented in Stinson. The house was perfect. Had room for everybody and all the amenities we needed. Communication with Karen was amazing. We appreciate all the information that she gave us and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful time at Karen's wonderful beach house. We spent most of our stay either at the beach, which we walked to in less than a minute...or in town, which we walked to in just a few minutes. When we were at the house, we felt like we truly were at home. We will be back very soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this Stinson Beach House. Karen included absolutely all info we needed to prep, pack, and get into the house. The house location is perfect - just steps from the beach. The entire property is so comfortable and well equipped. Great for a big group. So much comfortable outdoor relaxing space. Will definitely keep this one on our list. Pet friendly, too!!

Our family (ranging from age 12 to 78) had an amazing stay at Karen and Tony’s Stinson Beach property. It is the perfect location; just a short walk to the beach or to town. The house was cozy and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked so that we could easily cook our own meals, and the outdoor living spaces were just what we needed for soaking up the sun, playing games, and al fresco dining. We have stayed at this property several times because we love it so much and because Karen and Tony are such great hosts. Thank you!

Great location, wonderful spaces for families!

Had a great time with a wide range of family from grandparents, to teens and kids. Close to town (walkable), and outdoor spaces at the house were great for lounging -- eating, and playing. We particularly liked the ping pong table, hot tub and well-stocked game/ puzzle cabinet.

Wonderful stat in Stinson over Memorial Day

All aspects our stay was wonderful. The owner cooperated with a small special request, the facilities were immaculate and could not have been better located. The outdoor areas are perfect for family, gatherings and conversation.
