About this property

New custom beach-front home with high ceilings, natural light and two large ocean-side decks ideal for sunbathing and romantic sunset dining. Large Kitchen with Wolfe range, dining nook, and island seating. The signature spiral staircase takes you to three upstairs bedrooms. The master has spectacular views of the beach and ocean, while the other bedrooms have panoramic views of Mt. Tamalpais. The house features a separate, fully equipped indoor-outdoor bar lined with old redwood and surrounded by sand. The house fronts an expansive dune system with private beach seating overlooking the white sand and ocean. This home has a Tesla charger, and a gas grill. One Dog Allowed. Renters bringing a dog: Additional pet fee: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. $1000 security deposit. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin bunk with 2 beds.

11 Alameda Patio great for family fun on the sand!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We joined our adult children at this house for an Easter Week reunion. We made extensive use of the well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed ping pong and other games provided. The smart TV worked well for us. The beddings were lovely. The view of the beach from the master bedroom was a highlight.

The bar was a fun hangout spot, and everything was so clean and well thought out. This is a really great newer property. Will def rent again!
