This 3 bedroom 2 bath villa sleeps 6. This lovely home is located in the very private gated community of Weston Hills in Clermont. 6.8 miles from Disney. This house stands out because it is located at the back end of the community overlooking conservation which can never be built on so there are no houses behind you. It provides alot of privacy. Watch the spectacular sunsets from the private pool or Jacuzzi. This house has been lovingly cared for over the years.This community offers many things to do for a family. As well as the pool and jacuzzi at the house there are walking trails, a soccer field, basketball court, tennis court, 2 pools, splash playground, volleyball court, and a large kids playground. Lots to do! A great place to vacation!

Pool and Jacuzzi - heated for additional fee ( $50 per night plus taxes ) MUST make arrangements before arrival

We use a grill rental company for safety purposes.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

The place was nice, loved the pool. I didn't realize it was a gated community. A little annoying getting in after long days at the theme parks but nothing unbearable. Cooking took a couple trips to the store as there is no basic food items like salt and pepper, or any seasonings for food. Also no laundry soap to start a load of laundry upon leaving or extra trash bags. Other than those minor things, the place was great. Really comfortable stay.

The pool heating was faulty for the first week. Never really got warm e nough. The pool was turned off on our last day. The management team were attentive trying to resolve the issues. The villa was nice with a good location within the communityThe security gate on the entry to the community was a complete nightmare and because of this I wouldn’t rebook which is a shame.

Memories made with 3-generation vacation

Perfect for a family vacation with a spacious fully equipped home highlighted by a gorgeous private pool and hot tub. Hostess very attentive, responded timely, and helpful in suggestions for shopping, best beach day and even when we needed a light bulb replaced. A pretty home; you can hear the birds singing every morning and watch the incredible sunsets in the evening from the hot tub.

We enjoyed this house. It wasn’t perfect, but it was set up and it was very laid out the pictures do it justice. Lots of instructions everywhere. The pool was smal but nice. The clubhouse pool was really nice. They also had a splash park for the Littles and then a smaller pool for the young kids.

Great clean condo in a good location

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It was very clean and close to grocery stores for supplies. About a 45 minute drive to Universal Studios. Our children almost loved the pool more than Unviseral! We would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay

The house was great. The mattresses/box springs were old and loud when you moved, but I had a noise machine so it wasn’t too bad. The floors were dirty. Walking in socks or bare feet turned then dark brown. Bathroom rug visibly dirty first day. Other than that everything was great! Pool was great and we had no trouble going in and out of the property. We really had a very nice stay.

A little home away from home

Well taken care of home, set up with everything you need for a nice home away from home style vacation. Towels, linens, extra blankets if needed. The pool was the highlight of our trip when we were at the house. Convenient location-close to dining, fun and shopping of all varieties. Just a short drive to Disney without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Clermont was a very nice town. Only downside is the beds could for sure use some updating. Responsive owner was a plus.
