Our Splash condo rental sleeps 6 comfortably. The beachfront vacation rental comes equipped with a full-size kitchen, washer & dryer, televisions, cable TV, linens & towels, coffee maker, dish soap/powder, laundry detergent and toiletries. The condo also has high speed internet access.

Age Requirements - Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age will be verified upon check-in.

Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to full forfeiture of advance deposit or security deposit payment(s), and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, occupants may be required to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of all reservation payments.
