This 3bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse features a master bedroom with a King bed, bathroom and second story balcony. The other upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and opens to the downstairs bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar with ice machine , open and warm living area with a sleeper sofa and dining area. A screened in back porch. Dish TV with free internet. Washer and dryer upstairs. Dolphin Watch, Unit 3 is one of 5 Units located 2 Miles West of Rosemary Beach and 5miles east of Seaside. Bike and kayak rental deliveries available, and countless 5 star restaurants nearby. Please note****We only rent Sunday to Sunday during the spring and summer.

A few steps to paradise

The place was perfect. We it is just a few steps away from the beach. We could see the water from our balcony. The outdoor porch and shower were great for storing our beach items.

Our location was perfect. Away from the crowds but right in the middle of the best restaurants and beautiful beaches that were not crowded. We loved it .The townhouse had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We loved the privacy and great access... right down to the beach

Perfect condo just off the beach and perfect host

We had an absolute blast. This place was perfect! Very short walk through parking lot and down the steps to the white sand beach. Michelle was very communicative and responsive, both proactively and with questions I had about the property. The property had everything we could need, was very clean, and in a great location. Would stay here again in a hearbeat.

I cannot express how pleased we were with this property. We have been renting houses in Florida for 12 years and this was our favorite. The property is better than the pictures. Location is perfect. Very close to beach and other attractions. We loved sitting on the screened in back porch in the afternoons and listening to the waves of the Gulf. The owner was very courtesy and the property was extremely clean and cool upon our arrival. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property or our stay. We intend to book this property every time we come to PCB in the future.

Paradise Found

Our family of four plus an add on for our young adult kids had a remarkable vacation. Although Florida weather is not always perfect for beach days, this trip was the best we’ve had in years. The property was very clean, extremely well-located, comfortable and quiet. The outdoor screened and covered porch was a family favorite for meals and gameplay. Michelle is helpful, kind and easy to get in touch with. We have this five stars because ten is not an option

Spring Getaway

We were so impressed by this warmly decorated townhouse with a very homey feel to it. Spacious enough for all of us. Including a large balcony off Master bedroom if you didn't feel like going to the beach. As well as a screened in porch for extra eating area & quiet space. Hop, skip and a jump from the boardwalk down to the beach! Beach was not crowded even though it was Spring Break. Sunsets were amazing! Owner was very responsive to all my questions about the area, restaurant recommendations, etc

Great comfortable beach getaway

Loved the location of this condo. It's not directly facing the water but it's just steps away which made is super convenient. The owner was amazing to communicate with on everything and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. The place was very comfortable and homey and had TONS of supplies that typically you don't find in a rental...everything from beach toys, condiments, bug spray, towels,,,,too much to mention. These are older condos and ours was pet friendly so we all felt very at home.
