When entering the doors at Ashore Thing, you will be amazed by the emerald views that span from the kitchen, dining, gathering, and sitting rooms. The views continue to the front master king bedroom. This beautiful home has the perfect floor plan to accommodate multiple families, a few couples, or a friend group looking for the perfect getaway. There is room for everyone! As you enter the foyer and proceed to the main living space, you will see the kitchen and dining room on the left, a sitting room and master suite on the right, a bunk room on the right and a gorgeous deck that runs the length of the house. Directly off the deck is the private beach access. On one end of the house is a grilling cove, and on the other, a private outdoor shower that leads into the laundry/changing room.

A+ vacation rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED being able to stay in a 1 story house!! The house was clean, spacious, plenty of parking spaces, very nice front yard, plenty of cabinets, closets, pantry space. Large laundry room, spacious deck, outdoor shower. We even brought a large inflatable swimming pool that fit on the deck for the kids. I do feel like I need to mention....There are 43 steps you have to walk down to get to the sand (43 to get back up) But once you get down those steps it’s a short distance to a NONE crowded waters edge! I think this is important to know in case you have elderly or anyone that’s not able to climb up and down stairs. Those steps will not keep us from staying there again! The only reason I rated the property cleanness a 4 had nothing to do with the inside. The back outside could use some cleanup attention. That could start with the guest picking up their own trash. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Hidden Gem of 30a

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is a hidden gem on 30a! The views are amazing and the beach is like your own private beach. The location is great and there is plenty of parking space. This was our second time at this house with 3 couples and 2 kids we had plenty of space and the one level layout is perfect for privacy when needed. The furnishings could use a little updating and some normal small maintenance issues (light bulbs, new shower heads, loose toilet paper holders, wifi password in app was incorrect) but the house was very clean both times and nothing hindered us having a good time! Royal Destinations was great to work with and responsive for any needs. We will definitely be back again and again!
