The spacious great room with wooded cathedral ceiling is the perfect place to entertain or just relax. The great room opens to a wide, furnished oceanfront deck and spectacular ocean views. The extended top deck has built-in seating for watching the beautiful Hatteras Island sunset. Ceiling fans, carport under house, outdoor shower, grill, fish cleaning table, plenty of parking, short distance to shopping, grocery store, spa, bike rentals and coffee shop. Private community pool and tennis round out the benefits of this home.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
