Escape to “Southern Wind,” a well-maintained Oceanside multi-story home and enjoy views from sunrise to sunset in beautiful Avon, NC.
On the ground level, you’ll find concrete parking under the carport, access to your private in-ground pool and patio area, a new hot tub, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station. Enjoy a picnic using either the charcoal or Weber gas grill. Within short walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, and the popular Avon Fishing Pier.
On your way upstairs, stop on the first level to play a round of foosball in the small, furnished game room. Continue up to the second level and you’ll find three spacious bedrooms. The master includes 1 queen, flat screen TV, and full private bath with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 includes 1 queen, flat screen TV, and close proximity to full hall bath. Bedroom 3 has a set of twin bunks plus 1 single bed. Conveniently located new full sized washer and dryer make laundry a breeze.
