OCEANVIEW Salvo - Galleon Dr. - Whether you are splashing in your own private pool, enjoying the poolside tiki bar/cantina, or watching the sun melt into the Pamlico Sound from the second level six-person hot tub or west facing decks, you will feel like you have entered your own personal paradise. The tropical colors and tropical themes throughout welcome you to this well-equipped home. Ample parking, under house dry entry, shower and fish cleaning table w/lights and water welcome you. The first level has 3 full baths and laundry area, four large bedrooms each with a flat screen TV and DVD or Blu-ray player (king master suite, a queen master suite, two bedrooms w/shared bath). Three bedrooms have direct access to furnished decks. The top level features a large great room with vaulted ceilings. There is a flat screen TV with Blu-ray player, surround sound and premium stereo with plenty of CDs and movies. The game area/den has a foosball table, futon and half bath. The family chef will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen w/stainless steel appliances and large dining table. Lovely property. We really enjoyed the pool and the large dining room table that fit all 10 of us! The area is wonderful and just the right speed if you're looking for not crowded but still beautiful and a place with all the things.

This property was great for our family. Four nice sized bedrooms and lots of space upstairs to sit. Close to both the sound and ocean. The hot tub was warm and ready to go but was leaking, but still functional—we let the management group know and they were immediately responsive. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach so early in the season. Anything that we had concerns about the management company was immediately responsive about, we were very satisfied with our week stay for spring break.

The house and location was super cute. Short walks to the beach and sound, close drive to everything. There were some damages from previous stays however, when management was contacted, these were quickly resolved.

Quiet Neighborhood

Great place for kids to ride bikes down the street or hang out at the house. Beach is a short drive or a medium walk away. Clean and spacious inside.

The place was beautiful and the real estate company Surf and Sound were great about handling any issues right away. The place was pristine and the pool was fabulous. Loved the fridge in the tiki bar area. I would have given 5 stars but the light inside the pool was broken for our stay so we didn't really swim at night, the television remotes had no batteries in them, there were 3 chairs broken upon our arrival that we then moved to the trash, the main living room couch was broken when you reclined and required someone to help you get out of the recline, and the television in the bunk bed room was broken(which the realtor came out right away to fix).

Laid back location

Salvo is a great location for those who just want to spend time hanging out at the beach or enjoying time with family but not too far from the hussle and bustle of mainstream OBX if you want to. Bay Dreamin is a beautiful home with just about everything you could need. Clean and spacious. Rental company was attentive and courteous. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some OBX time.
