SEMI-OCEANFRONT Salvo- Colony Drive - Beautiful ocean views, easy beach access and great value are all features of this statuesque home just one lot back from the beach in Salvo.

Your adventure at MY MIRAMAR begins as you pull into the under-house carport and step out into the ocean air. There is a path directly to the beach that starts next to the home for easy beach access, and an outdoor shower provides a refreshing rinse after a long day of sunbathing. The first level of the home is where you'll find the three bedrooms, two of which (queen, 2 bunks) share a hall bath. The third bedroom is a queen master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV. The upstairs great room boasts wrap-around windows to let in the light. Relax on the comfortable furnishings in front of the flat screen TV and DVD player after enjoying your meal in the nearby dining area. The adjacent kitchen is spacious and provides plenty of space for preparing meals along with a breakfast bar.

Step out onto the deck for morning coffee with blue-water ocean views. Venture up to the loft area for another comfortable seating area for quiet conversation or to watch the TV/DVD. Available weeks at MY MIRAMAR go fast, so book today.

The house looked great and it was clean. Check-in and out was a breeze. Really short walk to the beach and it was really peaceful and quiet. I will be returning in the future.

Spring Break

Miramar was as advertised. Great location, clean, and fine amenities. We were the first tenants of the season so the new wifi password wouldn't work and we couldn't get it fixed while we were there. I'm sure it will be fixed for future tenants.

Nice property but needs deferredmaintenance

The property was clean and comfortable. Several deferred maintenance items need attention..commode in masted bed bathroom needs flush valve or fill valve replacement, towel bar needs securing to the wall. Carpeting is worn and should replaced, sliding doors need to be lubricated. Other items should also be addressed. It is an older property and is comfortable, but shows some deterioration.

very pleasant house

Aside from a few odd things, the house was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. For some reason there were no fitted sheets on some of the beds, including the master, so I always woke up on a bare matress. There was also a lack of blankets anywhere in the house. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work either, the picture was all orange and yellows.

Beautiful location

The location is absolutely amazing and the proximity to the beach for the price is very reasonable. The house could use some major updating but it’s what I would expect for the price. We had a relaxing and enjoyable week and didn’t need anything during our stay. Check in was easy and didn’t have any issues. The he WiFi password on the fridge and on the app was not correct and had to do some digging to find it. Otherwise, the kitchen of fully loaded with pots, pans and cookware and plenty of extra blankets. I’m glad we brought some of our own pillows :) We would definitely stay again but will be looking for a bigger house next year. Thanks!
