This is a beautifully decorated, second floor condo that is equipped with everything that you may need. Puesta del Sol has a great pool with a grill and 4 tennis courts. We have racquets at the condo. Perhaps you are a golfer, the Marina Vallarta golf course is right across the street. Enjoy a nice walk around the malecon de la Marina and look at the beautiful yachts and sailboats and perhaps make a reservation to the multiple restaurants around the malecon de la Marina. It’s a great location!

Perfect place in Paradise

All three of us ladies loved these accommodations. The unit is spacious, safe, and close to shopping and restaurants. The unit faces the courtyard, which is beautifully landscaped and very peaceful. We were looking for a quiet retreat and found it right here.

A lovely place abutting the vibrant PV Marina. Well equipped with comfortable beds, a complete and well stocked kitchen, and spacious common areas. Carmen was very responsive for help with issues. A very nice, but unheated pool. The pool could use more umbrellas/shade. An excellent choice for Puerto Vallarta.

Totally as advertised, including previous review of “confortable beds”, which is the first thing my wife looks at. Excellent location for Marina shops and restaurants and easy to Uber elsewhere in PV. Spotless and very spacious condo. Easy checkin and appreciate Carmen checking that we were happy.

Great location. The complex is quiet. Lots of great restaurant choices right outside the gates in the marina. Coffee Cup, Fajita Bananas and Mr. Creams are our favorites. Oxxo is a convenience store right outside the gates. We lived in this complex for seven years. Now we rent in this complex whenever there is availability. The host is very communicative and accommodating. The time here was perfect!

We have stayed at a variety of properties in a variety of countries and this one stands out . Spoke with the owner and the property manager Carmen several times. They couldn’t have been easier or more accommodating. The property was everything it appeared to be in the photos. I understand why we only got it after a cancellation.

Puesta del Sol, condo

Clean and comfortable for 4 adults and could easily sleep 2 more on living room sofas. Open space living and well equipped kitchen area with a sizable deck and furniture. Flow-through ventilation made living area very comforable and we only used AC in bedrooms for sleeping. Tons of closet and cupboard space. Washer and dryer were much appreciated. Grounds were well maintained with 4 tennis courts and donut shaped pool. Only drawback is no bar/food option at the pool unless you bring your own. Cooler, umbrellas and chairs are in the condo for use at the pool or for the beach. The beach is a long walk away or a nicer beach is a cab ride away. The beautiful marina is just outside the security gate with many restaurants/bars just steps away. I want to rent here again in Jan/Feb 2025 but, sadly, it is fully booked at that time. 😢 This is a great place and Carmelita is a super accessable and caring hostess. Loved it!!!!

Working with Jose and his mother, Carmelita couldn't have gone better. Jose handled the VRBO communication and Carmelita checked us in and out. They were gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. The 2 bedroom condo was clean, very spacious and neatly decorated. The location, next to the Marina, was perfect and we could walk to shops and restaurants. The grounds are well kept and the swimming pool is delightful. We will rent this condo again on our next trip to Vallarta!

Beautiful spacious updated condominium

We had rented this condominium for nine days. We found it to be everything that they had advertised and more. The owners were wonderful to deal with and we're very responsive when there was any kind of problem. This was a wonderful part of town and everyone in the marina was very friendly and we found that area of town to be clean safe and with so much to do. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for a place to stay. I personally would stay here again if we decided to do another trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Why they chose this property

Renovated in the fall of 2016. Owned by a local family that wants to provide it´s guests with a relaxing, unforgettable vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The condo is part of Tennis Club Puesta del Sol and it has 24/7 security. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it ideal for a family of five. The condo has A.C. wifi, and netflix as well as board games and rackets. The Malecon de la Marina is just steps away which is very convenient. Alongside the Malecon de la Marina you can find restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenience stores among other things.

What makes this property unique

The building has a covered parking lot, a pool, tennis courts with onsite tennis pro for hire and a BBQ area for large groups.
