Charming independent house of 90m2 completely renovated and equipped.
25 minutes from Etretat, 40 minutes from Honfleur.
In addition to the tranquility of the place, bordered by the river, and the possibility of accommodating horses (grasslands), particular care has been taken in equipping and decorating the gîte.

Lovely place to stay

Nice cottage, lovely garden, very well equipped kitchen, best I've seen in holiday accommodation. Bathroom and toilet are basic but clean. Dog and kids loved playing in the river. The lakes were lovely for our evening walk. We had a great time.

Anne-Marie is a friendly host. The house has all the conveniences you need and is beautifully situated. Some of the mattresses could use an upgrate.

Wir habe 2 wirklich schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Unser Hund war von dem riesigen Gelände und vor allem von dem Bach der um das Haus läuft begeistert. Das Haus ist sauber, die Kommunikation nett und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Anne-Marie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat Geschichte und ist sehr schön hergerichtet und liegt in einem Schlosspark und hat einen riesigen Garten, mit altem Baumbestand und sehr gepflegter Wiese, eingegrenzt von kleinen Flüssen, nur die Auffahrt von der Privatstraße und zwei kleine Brücken zum Nachbargrundstück waren somit nicht eingegrenzt, so dass der Hund, der gut hört hier auch von der Leine darf. Zudem gibt es Fischteiche und einen Rad/Spazierweg, so dass man auch mit Hund gut laufen kann. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, es gibt auch Gewürze z.B. Fécamp ist ein toller Ausgangsort, um die gesamte Nord-Normandie zu erkunden (Etretat, Honfleur, Rouen, Veules-les-roses). Mit Hund ist der einsame Strand von Senneville sur Fécamp ein Geheimtipp. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche!

Geweldig genoten van het rustig gelegen huisje.Kabbelend riviertje die eromheen stroomt.Leuke meertjes waar je kan vissen gelegen in het bos. Helaas niet veel kunnen vangen maar er zwemmen genoeg.

Ein magischer Ort mit wunderschönem Haus

Ein wunderschönes Haus und ein magischer Ort erwartete uns. Im Haus selbst findet man alles was man braucht. Das Anwesen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir lustwandelten gern durch die kleine eigene Baumallee. Unser Hund liebte die große eigene Wiese. Mein Mann fischte im eigenem Teich,sogar mit super Erfolgen. Ponys zum streicheln waren gleich nebenan .Einer der schönsten Urlaube,die wir bisher erlebt haben, rundum perfekt. Anne-Marie hier kommt ein großes Lob für Dich. Wir kommen sehr gerne zurück an diesen für uns magischen Ort.

Sehr schön, leider nur bedingt wintertauglich

Wir (Senioren-Ehepaar mit Hund) und seit Jahrzehnten Meeresurlaub am Atlantik gewohnt, verbrachten 2 Wochen im Januar in dem schönen Anwesen. Wir fanden korrekt vor, was im Online-Inserat beschrieben war, ein Haus in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage, mitten in der Natur und perfekt gelegen, um die Region zu erkunden.Den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger ist nichts hinzuzufügen, aber für Winterurlauber muss doch eine Einschränkung gemacht werden, ebenso für Hundebesitzer.Das Haus besitzt einen riesigen offenen Kamin, was leider nicht viel zum Heizen beiträgt. Der größte Wärmeanteil verschwindet durch den Kamin , zumal zur korrekten Funktion stets ein Fensterspalt in der Küche geöffnet bleiben muss. Zudem bildet sich immer wieder Rauch im gesamten Untergeschoß, wenn nicht hinreichend Außenluft hereinströmt. Das führt in kalter Jahreszeit zu sehr hohem und damit teurem Stromverbrauch!! (Trotz Verbrauchs des für 40 Euro gestellten Brennholzes fielen 230 Euro Stromkosten an)Den Besitzern ist daher dringend zu raten, den schönen alten Kamin mit einer Kassette aufzurüsten.Das umliegende Gelände ist für Hunde phantastisch, es sollte aber darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es nicht eingezäunt ist, was abenteuerlustigen Hunden Ausflüge erlaubt.Wir fühlten uns wohl, aber die Kritikpunkte führen zu Abzügen an einer sehr guten Bewertung

Superbe propriété entourée d'eau et de verdure. La maison est jolie, spatieuse, très aux calme et parfaitement équipée. La cheminée est monumentale. Eine Insel der Ruhe!

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Hunden zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt von einem kleinen Fluss und angelegt für ein Park. Wir konnten direkt mit dem Rad starten. Es geht ein wunderbarer Fahrradweg hinterm Haus entlang, den man entweder für Annehmlichkeiten nach Facamp nehmen kann oder von Dorf zu Dorf in die andere Richtung radeln.

Tolles Haus mit wundervollem Garten

Das Haus und der Garten, der eigentlich ein kleiner Park ist, sind wundervoll. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und man kann sich stets an sie wenden. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.

Traumurlaub in Traumumgebung!

Mit Anne-Marie haben wir den Sechser im Lotto gezogen! Das Grundstück ist zum Weinen schön (unbedingt nach den Gesichtern der Bäume ganz hinten suchen!), und die Sonnenuntergänge am Kap Fagnet werden uns noch lange begleiten. Man muss für manches, was man in der Normandie gesehen haben „muss“, zwar ein Stück fahren (Mont Saint Michel, Chateau Gaillard, Muscheln suchen in Port-en-Bessin, Riesenrad fahren in Ouistreham, den Spuren des D-Day folgen, Honfleur erleben, …), aber Anne-Maries Häuschen ist ein zauberhafter Mittelpunkt aller Unternehmungen! Wir hatten die zauberhaftesten vierbeinigen Nachbarn der Welt, wurden vom Bach in den Schlaf gemurmelt, und es war einfach nur schön, dort zu Gast sein zu dürfen. Anne-Marie ist wunderbar, war schon lange im Vorfeld immer ansprechbar - wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Wir möchten wiederkommen!
