Living room, kitchen of 50 m² with fireplace. 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 people with 1 bed and 1 with bed of 2 people + 1 bed 1 person cupboards. Shower room with large shower and double washbasin cabinets. WC. Double glazing, electric shutters, Hi-fi system, Washing machine, maintenance products provided.

Nice holiday apartment

We stayed here for two weeks in February and had a great time! The port view and the closeness to all shops and the promenade is perfect. Would go and stay there again. Sophie is a nice host and the pictures are amazingly accurate!Can recommend La Plaisance as go-to restaurant which is right next door.

Wonderful Apartment great location on the port and close to restaurants, places to buy fresh fish straight from the fishing boats bakers and butchers close by Sophie is. Great host very helpful always on hand if you need any information

Beautiful Apartment

It is a really beautiful, modern but cozy apartment, which is located 2min by foot to the beach of Fécamp.The highlight is the kitchen & living room with sofas and fireplace. The bed could be a little more comfortable but all in all we would come again.

Alles perfekt! Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich, liebevoll und vollumfänglich eingerichtet und ideal gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die drei Wochen in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Wir vermissen bereits jetzt den schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen...

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in Fécamp!Die Stadt ist lebhaft, was man in der Wohnlage direkt am Hafen auch mitbekommt. Aber wir fanden das toll.Man sitzt mit traumhaftem Ausblick beim Frühstück, wenn es zu laut wird, schließt man eben die Fenster. ( Die Jugend auf den Motorrädern kann schon ganz schön Gas geben...). Aber die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten zu einem ruhigen Hof, haben sogar Rolladen, nur die Möwen hört man schon sehr früh am Morgen.Die Wohnung ist toll: groß, hell, hohe Decken....die Toilette ist vielleicht etwas winzig und Bad und Toilette haben leider kein Fenster.( Für alle, die nach dem Haar in der Suppe suchen). Wir durften sogar unsere drei e- bikes im Hausflur sicher parken.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und schnell zur Stelle, wenn es irgendwo hakt.Vielen Dank für eine gelungene Woche!

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war.Die Schlafräume sind ruhig gelegen trotz der guten Lage am Hafen.Das einzige was wir ein bisschen bemängeln könnten ist, dass es fast keine Grünflächen in der näheren Umgebung hat wo unser Hund sein Geschäft machen konnte.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, superschön und ideal gelegen. Im Sommer ist es wahrscheinlich relativ laut zur Straße hin, aber so völlig außerhalb der Saison einfach wunderbar! Alles in Laufnähe erreichbar: Strand, Hafen, Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittel und vor allem der Fischverkauf am Hafen. Wir haben eine extrem erholsame Woche verbracht! Aus der Beschreibung ging für mich nicht eindeutig hervor, dass Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Strom am Schluss noch berechnet werden, das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst. Ansonsten: Tippitoppi!

Bonjour Susanne pour information les options : draps ménage sont indiquées dans l'annonce comme n'étant pas imposées mais en option si vous les souhaitez, aussi je vous en ai informé par mail avant votre arrivée je laisse le libre choix aux vacanciers les chambres sont cotés cour donc aucune nuisance sonore et la salle, salon sont équipés de double vitrage Fécamp reste au ville calme et paisible donc même en été pas de nuisance supplémentaire avec plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau un bel été Sophie

Das Appartement ist mit sehr viel Gechmack eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Alles sehr sauber. Fußläufig gibt es für den täglichen Bedarf und mehr Geschäfte und auch viele Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr charmanten Vermieterin war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir werden Wiederholungstäter.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Wohnung war/ist so wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Toller Altbau Charme. Sophie ist immer gut erreichbar gewesen und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Landschaft bzw die Umgebung ist toll. Man kann viel unternehmen, auch in der Vorsaison. Gerne wieder!!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Sofie ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Es mangelt an nichts. Wir mussten leider nach zwei Wochen wieder nach Hause. Es war so wunderschön. Leicht sauber zu halten. Fantastischer Blick auf den Hafen. Alle Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Innenstadt 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Promenade 1 Minute entfernt. Bei Ebbe konnten wir am Kiesstrand bis Grandval laufen. So ungefähr 30 Minuten. Le Havre und Dieppe sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Wir haben uns alle kleinen Orte angeschaut. Besonders Bany-Carville hat uns mit seinem sehr großen gut sortierten Markt und der Einkaufsstraße gefallen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Und auch im Winter, wenn es kaum Touristen gibt. Wir haben hier stets fröhliche gutgelaunte hilfsbereite Menschen kennengelernt, die wir alle sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

Heel mooi en ruim appartement. Super locatie met zicht op de jachthaven en het strand op een steenworp. De open keuken in het midden van de leefruimte is ideaal om samen te koken en te genieten.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans ce très agréable appartement ! Il correspond exactement aux photos présentées sur le site, c'est dire! Non seulement il est spacieux, adorablement décoré, superbement équipé, calme, proche de tous les points d'intérêt de Fécamp sans prendre de voiture, mais il est terriblement agréable avec ses belles fenêtres qui donnent sur le port!L'accueil de Sophie a été extrêmement sympathique ! Bravo et un grand merci !

Wundrschöner Block und zentrale Lage

Prima mitten im Leben mit gut lärmschutzdämmenden Fenstern. Am Wochenende ist richtig etwas los, aber das störte uns nicht. Man ist in einer Minute am Strand und alles notwendige gibt es in der Nähe. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt.Wunderschöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung Das Angebot der Vermieterin für den Parkplatz sollte man annehmen.Das Fahrzeug steht dann abgesperrt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, mit toller Aussicht und in zentraler Lage. Sophie, die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung fehlt jedoch der Hinweis, dass durch die Endreinigung und den Stromverbrauch für die Heizung zusätzliche Kosten entstehen.

Am Rande von Fecamp, aber mitten drin

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Yachthafen, umgeben von tollen Restaurants. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man an der Promenade mit einem atemberaubenden Blick.

Semaine à Fécamp

Très bon séjour à Fécamp, du 11 au 18 mai, avec le beau temps. À ne pas manquer, le palais de la Bénédictine et le musée de la pêcherie (deux trésors) L'appartement face au port est très bien situé et très agréable. Je recommande. M. Larue
