Little Gasparilla Island is a bridge-less, barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico that is only accessible by boat or water taxi. LGI is residential and does not have any grocery stores or restaurants.
This beautifully decorated property epitomizes elegant seashore. Hard wood floors, stainless appliances and reminders of the ocean everywhere you turn.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open layout for the shared living space provides just the right spot for an island vacation for 4 guests.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, on-suite with a modern tiled walk-in shower and private access to an upper level deck.
The guest room has two twin beds and the full size guest bath is right next door.

Perfect week on LGI

This home is very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated! This was our 1st time renting this house, but our 8th time to LGI. We were very happy with everything! Very short easy walk to the beach! The community dock needs some help, but everything else is perfect!

Happy Vacation Experience

We very much liked staying in this home as it was clean and comfortable, and gave us a pleasant place to live while we vacationed for a week as it had more than enough amenities for a trouble free stay This home is just a short walk to the beach, but if you want to go to the grocery store during you stay you should rent a golf cart to travel the island in and get to the docks for a water taxi (must schedule a ride) to the mainland (we did not have one) and would have had a bit of trouble except we have friends on the island who had rented one and we were able to use theirs. You have to take a taxi boat to the mainland and then get your car and travel to the grocery store and back to the taxi boat and then take your groceries on the boat and in a cart ( there is a cart at the house) to your house. The home is very lovely inside, there is everything you could want in the kitchen, living room , bedrooms (comfortable beds), and bathrooms with great showers (bring your own personal toiletry items), the ceiling fans are a nice feature, great seating options, eating area options and lots of outdoor deck area with seating and tables We use the beach chairs provided ( they are getting a bit used but some are better than others) There is a large, very handy , private, shaded, and fuss free entertainment area on the ground level deck area for entertaining and eating with lots of chairs and a couple of small tables There are a least three hoses (in different locations) for cleaning the sand off yourself when coming from the beach before entering the house and a wonderful outdoor shower Everyone on the island uses a golf cart for transportation and it is quite necessary on this island Communication with the host is excellent
