** Still under renovations from hurricane IAN, we hope to start booking for early 2024.***** Our townhouse is all set up for your family to enjoy the beautiful gulf view, and all the adventures Little Gasparilla Island has to offer! We are in the Hideaway Bay Beach Club which provides; FREE ferry service to the island and FREE gated parking to leave your vehicle on the mainland, a heated community pool, and a huge common grill with many picnic tables for social gatherings. The Island is quiet and safe for kids and families. So much to see and explore; tortoise, dolphins, jelly fish, schools of mullet jumping, manatee, all the green tropical plants and trees are just to name a few. A few minute walk to the beach for fishing, paddle boarding, boogy boarding and gathering of shells and shark teeth. Gulf cart rental available on the island. There are not any stores on Little Gasparilla Island, groceries can be brought over on the ferry or delivered. The townhouse will have enough toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get you started on your vacation. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed ( pack and play in the closet) and the upstairs area has 2 queen beds and a twin set of bunk beds. There is a full bathroom on the main level and upstairs. Underneath the townhouse there is a spacious area to hang out and grill or off the main level a screened in lanai facing the gulf for the perfect view and breeze. Salt, pepper, and simple seasonings will be in the kitchen. Laundry is on the main level off of the Lania. There is a heated salt water community pool a short walk away. The townhouse has life jackets, googles, sand toys and floaties for you to enjoy; along with paddle boards, beach chairs, coolers, cooler bags, wagon and umbrellas. You will also find fishing rods, cast net, bait buckets and tackle for your fishing fun. You can fish the beach, rent a boat, or bring your own boat. There is a large beatitiful dock, slips are first come first serve, max length of boat *22* feet. Convenient fish cleaning station at the dock with running water. There is a huge community grill with outdoor patio lights for fun BBQ gatherings. Sunday church service offered in a beautiful quaint santuary within walking distance. There is shopping, dining, and groceries near by if you take the ferry back to your vehicle. The closest airports are Punta Gorda (45 min) and Fort Meyers (1 hr 30 min)
