Geweldig deze locatie, rust, vrijheid en een heerlijk zwembad voor de deur doet de mens goed! Gastvrijheid staat hier in het vaandel en ook de uitnodiging om deel te nemen aan een gezamenlijke BBQ met de familie/eigenaren is echt top 👍 aanrader!

Great location to the beach

This house has a lot of room for a large family. The location to the beach is great, just a 2 minute walk. The beach at Palmetto Dunes is beautiful.

Great location & spacious, but worn & tired

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of this dog friendly home and the short walk to the gorgeous beach. There was plenty of room for our family, comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. We were disappointed in the cleanliness inside and outside. Ant traps on the kitchen counter and dead roaches and flies could be found in every room. Carpet and furniture stains are everywhere. The return air vents have thick layers of dust and dirt. The pool deck needs a power wash to remove mold & moss. I understand renters are hard on furnishings. The management company isn’t providing good service for the owners and their investment.

Perfect home for a large family

We really enjoyed our stay here! We brought our family of 6 with 2 additional friends. We had more than enough room. We enjoyed the amount of ample space to accommodate everyone very comfortably. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was such a nice change for our family and we loved having the pool in the back yard for those times we didn't feel like going into the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Multiple air-conditioning glitches: condensation causing major leak thru ceiling; 2 broken a/c units; one a/c unit replaced. Also, house occupants at 6 Flotilla kept saying we were trespassing when we walked across the driveway to beach access. I confirmed with rental office that that pathway was our access to beach. Also, house was low on wine glasses; and could use a few more coffee mugs. I mentioned that one oven was insufficient for a household of 16. Had to cook dinner in stages. On Thursday, I requested some compensation for the Air Conditioning glitches and the "trespassing hassle" from 6 Flotilla occupants. I was told I would be contacted Friday. Still awaiting contact.

We hadden een klein doch goed uitgerust appartement in de agriturismo. Bij aankomst werden we allerhartelijkst ontvangen. De ligging is prachtig, in de Crete Senesi. Het is een mooie uitvalbasis om de verschillende mooie stadjes en steden in de zuidelijke Toscane te bezoeken. Het nabij gelegen stadje Asciano beschikt over een aantal goede restaurants en twee kleine musea. Het historisch museum heeft een aantal fraaie Etruskische objecten. Ook is het mogelijk om in dit deel van Toscane mooie wandelingen te maken. Kortom een aan te bevelen locatie.

Prachtige typisch Toscaanse omgeving. Ook vanaf het appartement en het zwembad een prachtig uitzicht. Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, behalve de keuken, deze was maar matig geoutilleerd. We hebben dus niet zelf kunnen koken. De eigenaren, wat oudere mensen, kunnen niet of nauwelijks Engels en dat was soms lastig. Wel zijn ze zeer gastvrij we kregen bij aankomst zelfgemaakte cantuccini en later nog een fles wijn en zelfgemaakte vleeswaren.

De locatie was niet juist en slecht aangegeven. We hebben 2 uur moeten zoeken en vragen. De omgeving van de lokale was en is zeer mooi. Het huisje (gedeelte van een oude boerderij) was klein en zeer pover ingericht. In het woonkamertje stond een slaapbankje waar je s,avonds op moest zitten en dat was niet te doen. De inrichting van het keukentje was voorzien van de goedkoopste materialen. De douchruimte bleek voor hele slanke mensen te zijn. Als je je bukte stootte je geheid tegen de mengkraan aan. Het bed was zeer slecht en niet op te slapen. Veel te hard. Tot overmaat van ramp kreeg ik nog eens de griep. Al met al hebben wij besloten om een week eerder naar huis te gaan. Zoiets willen wij nooit weer!!!!!! De eigenaren waren wel zeer vriendelijk en op hun manier behulpzaam. Met hen was echter niet te communiceren omdat zij geen woord Engels, Duits of wat van andere taal buiten Italiaans spraken.

Een week in het appartement verbleven. Vriendelijk Italiaans echtpaar wat echter geen, ondanks de belofte van de website, Engels spreekt. De ligging van het appartement is prima, het omringende landschap is prachtig en Siena is dichtbij. Vanaf het terras van het appartement een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving, binnen echter heb je dat totaal niet. Een deur met glas waar je niet doorheen kan kijken en een klein raam. Je voelt je opgesloten en de lamp moet altijd aan.

Die Tage waren sehr erholend. Die Unterkunft liegt in der toskanischen Landschaft mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Die Anreise würde ich aber mit einem privat Auto empfehlen. Siena, Cortona und Florenz sind dann gut erreichbar und bieten kulturelle Bereicherung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Asolutely Lovely

We LOVED our stay here and have recommended it to everyone we know. It is a great base from which to visit the wonderful Tuscan towns... Montalcino, Montalpulciano, Pienza, Sienna, etc, etc. The owners are very kind and friendly. Each day we were there they gave us a little something - a plate of cookies, a bottle of wine, eggs and fresh produce from their garden. It was great fun to swim or lounge by the pool while taking in the breathtaking beauty of the Crete Senesi. I can't wait to visit again!

Die Ferienwohnung zur Poolseite hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Man konnte bereits morgens drau෾n frühst࿌ken. Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Grundst࿌k macht einen ordentlichen und gepflegten Eindruck. Der Pool wird täglich gründlich gereinigt. Im ca. 3,5 km entfernten Asciano befindet sich am Bahnhof ein Supermarkt. Die kleine Stadt bietet ansonsten mehrere Restaurants, Bars und verschiedene kleine Gesch๏te. Jeden zweiten Sonntag im Monat findet ein kleiner Markt statt.
