Experience comfort and style in this fully renovated studio, ideally located just steps from Bonita Beach. Designed with a modern touch, the unit features granite countertops, a walk-in shower, upscale finishes, and tasteful décor throughout.

Enjoy a restful sleep in the King-size bed, or unwind on the sofa bed ( queen size) with a thick memory foam mattress for added comfort. The studio is fully equipped with a 55` smart TV, free WiFi, and a premium cable package to help you feel right at home.

The kitchen includes everything you need for a convenient stay, and we’ve stocked the unit with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for fun-filled days by the ocean.

As part of a vibrant community, guests have access to two swimming pools, an on-site restaurant, tennis courts, and free parking. Located close to entertainment, dining, and shopping, everything you need is just minutes away.

Very cute place! Right by the water so it’s a very short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and much more! Very easy check in and check out. Host communicated well. A few restaurants in walking distance. Overall very pleasant experience.

The condo was great for me. Communication with Lourdes was quick and easy. Written instructions for the TV and Laundry would have been helpful, but she explained everything very well and was exceptionally friendly.

Perfect Location

We loved being right across the street from the restaurant and the beach. It is a beautiful walk down the street to see all the houses. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions and the check in was very smooth. We loved it here.

Washer didn’t work, took 3 days for them to address it out of a 6 day stay. Kitchen not well equipped. Dirty containers in cupboard. Overpriced. I would never book again with a management company. Direct to user only.

GREAT location!

The condo was just as listed. Studio with all you need to have a great stay. The owner has beach chairs and an umbrella for use when you walk across the street to the beach. Next door is a cafe, we had breakfast there daily. The staff there were so nice and friendly. We had a short walk to the fish house which has amazing food!! Also, we had a later afternoon flight and the owner let us have a late check out. Very great find!! We will be back for sure :) Thank you for letting us stay here!

Second stay in this beautiful condo

We loved this condo so much last year that we decided to stay again this year. We had a couple of issues that we had to contact the property owners about but they were handled immediately. This condo is a short walk from the beach and is in walking distance to a couple of fantastic restaurants. We love this condo and would recommend to anyone traveling to Bonita Springs or the Ft. Myers area.

Perfect for what we needed

It was 3 of us, my husband, myself and our 11 yr old son. This was the perfect place to stay. The condo it self was very quiet and cozy and super close to the beach and within walking distance to 2 restaurants. The saltwater pool was nice as well. This place thought of everything, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler, everything needed to cook your own meals. My husband and I are already talking about coming back for a couples get a away. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely a home away from home.

My purpose was business & the property suited that use very well. Wi-Fi was solid, excellent cell signal, good location on major roads, near restaurants & across the street from the beach for exercise & down time. I will use it again. The only rough spot was check in where I was not given in advance the exact unit number & door code. I had to hassle around trying to contact the owner/manager & ask other property managers to help me. This should have never happened.

Amazing condo near the beach!

My wife and teenage daughters stayed here for a few days during spring break week. Communication with owner was great/fast. Getting access to the condo and parking were very easy. The condo itself was amazing. Very clean and modern. Pools were great and the ocean was just across the street. A couple of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

This beautifully decorated Studio was a perfect find!!! Absolutely beautiful views. From the balcony you can see the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and tennis courts.You can even see the ocean from the kitchen window.The breeze alone will lull you to sleep at night. Beautiful Bonita Beach access is only 1 minute walking distance away and you won't have to pay for parking!! The residents are so friendly. My husband and I met so many warm people who congratulated us on our 22nd Anniversary. Just minutes from Naples, Ft Meyers Beach, Bonita Springs is beautiful and oh so relaxing. So much to do and not enough time..we didn't want to leave.
