Newly Constructed and Beautifully Decorated 4 Bedroom (2 master) Cape Getaway!

Enjoy a private community and a brand new Cape house in Harwich, MA with all the amenities of home. This gorgeously constructed and decorated home features 2 master bedroom suites, one being on the first floor (separate jacuzzi tub and shower) and one located on the second floor (shower), both with double vanities. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath are located on the second floor.

Owner has a membership to the Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, and can grant access to guests (weekly or daily guest fees apply and would be the responsibility of the renter). Renters would have access to indoor and outdoor pools, fitness facilities, tennis courts, bike and kayak rentals, and more!

Enjoy an outdoor shower upon arriving home from a day at the beach, golf, or any number of wonderful activities you will find on Cape Cod. Sit back and enjoy a meal on the back patio while sitting at the outdoor dining table and grilling on the outdoor grill. Or perhaps sit out front on the farmers porch that has recessed lighting and ample Adirondack chairs and ottomans.

Send the kids (or adults) into the giant fully finished basement that has a TV area with a large sectional, chair, and ottomans, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, a shuffleboard table and Pop-a-Shot to keep them entertained for hours on end. Over 20 board, card and trivia games are in the house for hours of fun for the whole family on those rainy days (which we hope you never have during your stay of course!)

You will find 5 large new flatscreen TVs - one in the main family room, one in the den, one in the first floor master, one in the upstairs master, and one in the basement. High speed wireless internet is included. You will also find Sonos speaker zones throughout the house including 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and the backyard.

The high end kitchen is fully appointed with everything for the family chef, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with towels, sheets and toiletries so you can arrive and start to enjoy your vacation immediately.

The home has central AC, heat, and everything else you might need.

Newly finished - enjoy the home gym in the basement with weights, mats, an elliptical, a treadmill, a rower, and more!

Minimum stay is 7 nights, and this property will only be rented for 4 weeks in the summer of 2024.

Beautiful home!! Everything you could want!!

My goal was to have a place where our whole family could be together, as my sons are grown with partners. The first floor was everything I was looking for. People could be making dinner while others were sitting in the living room or dining area . If someone want some time away, the lower level or beautiful back yard could fill the need. The owner Ashley was a text away. A really lovely person. You could tell how much she wanted to make sure you were comfortable and that she was available for any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this home! We hope to return next summer. Thanks Ashley for everything!!!

A gorgeous home with two master suites.

This was a perfect place for our family and in-laws to gather for our week long summer vacation at the Cape. The kids enjoyed the basement games and fenced in yard to play soccer along with a beautiful fire pit area to have s’mores. The furniture was super comfortable and the home is well stocked of everything you could think of and more. No need to purchase your own cleaning supplies, toiletries etc. Everything was in mint condition. The House is a close drive to our favorite beach and ice cream shop. Ashley was a pleasure to work with and very attentive. We visit the Cape every summer and this house is by far the best place we've ever stayed. In fact, we enjoyed this place so much that we even booked again for next year.

Great mid cape property

Awesome property in Harwich. Plenty of room for a multi generational family of 6. Two masters worked great. Basement foosball, air hockey, ping pong and pop a shot provided hours of entertainment. Backyard including propane grill was incredibly nice. Beach chairs and umbrellas were much appreciated. Neighborhood was quiet albeit away from the center of town. Guest pass at Ocean’s Edge was helpful. Owner/property manager was available prn. All in all this house provided for a wonderful week at the Cape.

Amazing stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner (Ashley). The house is absolutely stunning, and has everything you could ever need - from the amazing game room downstairs, to the beautiful fenced in backyard, to the large and immaculate bedrooms to the huge kitchen/family room area. The house is so impeccably decorated that I now have new ideas on how to decorate my own house! Ashley went above and beyond to make our stay special. She had champagne chilling in the fridge to celebrate our arrival and even shipped several adorable dog toys and treats to the house for our two fur babies. She also checked in on us to make sure we were having a great stay. I cannot wait for our next stay at this house and cannot wait to spread the good word to my family and friends!

We didn’t want to go home!

What a wonderful week we had. The house was lovely and got the approval of both of our mothers who were part of our vacation party. Our little ones loved it too! Ashley was so attentive right from the start of the booking process. The backyard is an oasis and the interior immaculate and so tastefully decorated. We had a magnificent time and would highly recommend the property to anyone. Can’t wait to return another summer!

5 Star Resort!

Ashley made our home away from home vacation a five star experience! From the moment I booked online (after hours and hours of researching properties), Ashley promptly answered all my questions and concerns. I traveled with my family and family friends and we were all obviously concerned about coronavirus. Ashley explained all the measures that would be taken in the cleaning process before our arrival to the house. She also included in our welcome email other valuable information such as, hidden gem restaurants, homemade ice cream spots, beautiful beaches to visit, grocery shopping locations, etc. Upon entering this beautiful property, we were all at ease seeing first hand how clean and sanitized the entire house was. Everything Ashley listed about the house was true! It was spacious and FULLY stocked with all needed supplies in EVERY room of the house! Due to the virus, we ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable and we took advantage of the outdoor bbq many of the nights. We had numerous competitions down in the amazing basement! Our son has high score on the basketball game (141!). The music system throughout the house and backyard was awesome. The couples loved the master bedrooms and the kids enjoyed their spacious bedrooms as well (and that outdoor shower!). Some of the highlights from our week were— biking over 60 miles on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, taking the ferry over to Martha’s Vineyard, visiting the towns of Chatham and Hyannis, swimming during low tide at Mayflower Beach, game nights (Ashley provides over 20 games), karaoke nights (using the colorful kitchen island strobe lights), and all the fun-filled quality “family” time together. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful time we ALL had at Ashley’s vacation home; a true 5 star resort experience. The location was key and we look forward to staying here again next time we visit the Cape!

Living my best life in Harwich!!!!

What a wonderful treat to work hard and then relax in this amazing setting. The owners have truly thought of every modern convenience and comfort for the perfect vacation. The house is located in a quiet area close to beaches, markets and restaurants....not that you need to venture out. Ashley has furnished each and every space with the best furniture, linens, (mattresses and pillows are sooo comfortable my guests have ordered the same for their homes). The kitchen is professionally stocked with all the necessary cooking tools and indoor/outdoor china, glassware, etc. My guests and I enjoyed the game room downstairs where we had ping pong tournaments along with bocce (which we brought) in the back yard sipping coffee and champagne at breakfast. The outdoor seating area is perfect for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres after a day at the beach and the grill was the perfect size for my grilled pizzas, all the while listening to the Sonos system outdoors. Cheers to Ashley for really thinking about her guests experience and how to make it amazing. This house was one of the best rentals I've ever experienced and wouldn't mind living there....Hey Ashley, let me know if you would like to adopt me! A marvelous vacation home

The house is part of a new-ish development consisting of very attractive and upscale homes; it is new and therefore immaculate. We found it to be very well-appointed, and the furnishings and other amenities are of outstanding quality for a vacation rental home. Highlights include a very attractive and comfortable great room, ample TV screens throughout the house, a very good kitchen, comfy beds, an amazingly well-equipped game room in the basement, and a spacious outdoor patio with seating for at least 12 and a gas grill. We liked that the master bedroom is on the ground floor, separate from 3 other bedrooms upstairs. The master has a large, attractive ensuite bathroom, of course. In addition, the largest upstairs bedroom also contains an ensuite bathroom and could well serve as a second master; the other two bedrooms share a hall bath. There is also a convenient powder room on the ground floor. A large washer and dryer are provided in the basement. Xfinity TV and internet is provided, and the internet bandwidth is more than adequate for a large family with loads of devices (I measured at least 200 mbps). Dual-zone air conditioning allows you to set temperature upstairs and downstairs independently; it is therefore very easy to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the house. The owner provides full bathroom amenities (soaps, shampoos, etc.) as well as all paper products, which is rather unusual in our experience, and highly appreciated. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are also provided for treks to the beach, so you will really want for nothing at this house. The owner, Ashley, is extremely pleasant to deal with and exhibits a great deal of concern for the comfort and wellbeing of her guests. She checked in with us via texts at several points during our stay to make sure we were happy and not in need of anything--again, in our experience, this is a rather unusual level of hands-on involvement by an owner, but we found it to be very welcoming and helpful, and not at all overbearing. In short, we can give this property only the highest recommendation. The house is superb, the location is great, and the owner is a joy to work with. What else could you want?
