This adorable ranch is a dog-friendly home with superb access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path! Enjoy Central Air, a gorgeously redecorated kitchen with quartz counters and a bright decor as well as an enclosed outdoor shower and a porch with a gas grill. This 3 bedroom, 2000 sq.ft. home has 1 full and one 1/2 bath, a Queen bed and 2 twin beds in the first floor rooms, an eat-in kitchen, 2 living room areas and a large kitchen island. The finished basement now has a ping pong table and another TV to go along with the sleeper sofa, daybed and downstairs bedroom with a Queen.

A quick trip to Red River beach is just 1.7 miles south of the house, with the Rail Trail right down the street only .3 miles. Additionally, you'll appreciate very easy access to Rt. 28 and Rt. 6

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Great place!

This place had everything we needed for a great getaway. It was large enough to accommodate living space for two different families with small kids, easy beach and town access, great outdoor space. The only drawback was the location on the busy street without sidewalks.

Perfect House

We had been staying at a house in Eastham for several years so this was our first experience with this house. Although from the front it looked small there was ample room for our family. We loved the deck and spent most of our time there. The home was well supplied and had everything we needed. We would love to return next summer.

Great location. Open space and great sun to lighten the day. Needs a good deep cleaning to get some cob webs and old dust but overall we had a great experience. More spices and amenities than listed which was a positive… we brought spices to cook a couple meals. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here three years in a row. The house is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. Love the fact that we can bring our dog along. We will be back for sure!

Spacious Home, Great Location!

Open concept home with large deck. Easy access to beach, trails, restaurants, shopping. Dog friendly too! Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and well organized. Owner thought of every detail. We loved our stay. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend!

Our family of four (plus dog) really enjoyed the house, it had plenty of space and we loved being close to Red River Beach (a gem!) and the rail trail. The outdoor shower was great! A few things for future renters to consider:—Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella: The house has some chairs but they’re not in great shape.—Order your beach parking sticker before you arrive.—The two nearby restaurants (Dive and Buca’s) are both good but very crowded, so call ahead if you plan to go! —Dogs are not allowed on Red River Beach but you can bring them to the inlet behind the beach in the early morning. —Take advantage of the discounts sent by the management company Kinlin Grover. I got a free kayaking tour and we had one free ticket on the ferry to the Vineyard.

Great House

Appearances are deceiving. From the outside I wouldn't have expected a clean, bright and crisp updated home. We loved the house. The kitchen was beautiful. Appliances all in working order, well appointed with everything we needed.. Big center island with chairs plus eat-in area. Cozy family room both upstairs and in the finished walk-out basement. Huge back deck with table shaded from a nice umbrella and tree cover. The outside shower was perfect and with the great weather we had all week, we never used the inside one. Rail trail was very close by. Red River beach was less than 5 minutes away. Dog friendly but you'd never know any pets were at this house. Two bedrooms up and another in the basement. Nice laundry room. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Perfect cottage for our little family

We had a great stay here in this cabin. It was the perfect size for our family-two adults, a ten month old, and a dog. The location was perfect. It was a super close drive to Red River Beach which is perfect for small children. The house was well appointed and well stocked. Very clean and a great porch and outdoor shower. Some of the couches in the family room were a bit old and uncomfortable but nothing you wouldn't expect in a beach house and it did not detract from our stay. We absolutely would stay at this property again!
