Très bon rapport qualité / prix

Nous étions ravis. L'appartement donne sur la place de l'Etang, qui est assez dynamique (restaurants, joueurs de boule, commerces). Ceci n'engendre pas de nuisances sonores, grace au double vitrage et à la clim. Les plages de Palm Beach sont à quelques dixaines de mètres. La croisette et le centre ville sont à côté, accessibles à pied ou en bus (décapotable, à conseiller!). Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit et sans problème en dehors des horaires de plage (environ avant 9 heures et après 18 heures). La propriétaire est très sympatique et vous recoit chaleureusement. Conclusion: Quatre étoiles bien méritées.

Je le recommande vivement

Notre séjour a était magnifique. La position du studio est idéale pour joindre la plage (plutôt les plages car il est idéalement placé pour joindre plusieurs plages facilement). Le studio est de petite taille mais très pratique; avec clima, une cuisine bien équipée et une salle de bain assez grande. Attention les tables sont en verre donc très jolies mais si vous allez avec des enfants, prenez soin de ne pas les abimer e/ou ne pas cogner dans les angles (ça fait mal :-) ) De tous petits detail à regler dans le studio mais si non il etait trés agréable!! La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse exquise, toujours très disponible, discrète mais toujours à l'écoute si besoin de quelque chose dans le studio. Si j'aurais la possibilité d'y aller à nouveau, serait ici que je demanderais de pouvoir loger. On a vraiment beaucoup aimé. Je le recommande vivement
