-Grab groceries from nearby Costco, Whole Foods, Winco (to name a few) and dine on the large dining table
-Get some work down with fast WiFi (over 100 mbps download speeds) at the office desk in the bedroom, kitchen counter, or dining table
-Cook in the large open kitchen, which has silverware, plates, knives, cooking utensils, glasses, mugs, pots and pans with a few baking sheets and various serving platters
-Use the shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, iron, hangers
-Enjoy the Roku and Chromecast to stream what you want to watch on the TV.
-Play board games or children's books in the family room. Kid's table with two chairs as well as a pack 'n' play crib in master bedroom closet
-Game Room: Great for all ages. Located in the garage - check out the ping-pong table, and Basketball Pop-a-Shot!
-Grill up some food on the propane BBQ in the large backyard. The backyard is fully fenced-off as well, faces a forest and tranquil stream that you can hear from the deck.
-Enjoy the 4 bedrooms and 5 beds (king, queen, full, two twins). The couch in the living room is also comfortable for sleeping and couch in the family room folds down into a sofa bed. The master bathroom has a walk-in closet and a tub.

Check-in: Anytime 4pm or later you can check in with a pin code, no rush on our end. Check-out is 11am to ensure enough time for the house to be cleaned before the next guest. Let us know when you are coming and going if you can!

Accessibility needs: All bedrooms are on the second floor. Half bathroom is located on first floor. One step exists at the front door entrance. One step exists at the door connecting game room/garage and the home. Six steps from backyard deck to the yard.

Fabulous Four Bedroom Home In Quiet Hillsboro Neighborhood

Clean. All possible amenities and supplies were provided. Perfect central location in Hillsboro with nearby access to highways, stores, dining, etc. Very spacious and accommodating. Easy communication with home owners. Easily recommended VRBO home.

Comfortable home will all amenities in a quiet neighborhood. Great location in Hillsboro with easy access to highways, shopping and restaurants. My 9 year old granddaughter especially like the ping pong table in the garage playroom and the large teddy bear in her room. Host was very gracious and responsive to some minor details that needed to be addressed.

Great turkey day location

Originally we had booked in April of 2020 but since we had people coming from 4 different states that wouldn't work with covid. Since we couldn't get a refund we ended up rebooking for Thanksgiving weekend and it was a perfect fit for our small group of friends.

Would stay here again!

I rented this property for six family members that were in town visiting. The overall consensus is that they would happily stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet but in a convenient location. We even met a friendly neighbor who told us about a park very nearby where you can feed the ducks. The space was perfect. It didn't feel cramped at all and was great for cooking, eating in, and having a game night. The electronic lock on the front door was very convenient, especially with the number of guests we had. We also appreciated that there were some additional items stocked in the kitchen that you wouldn't normally expect. There were few negatives. This may not be the property for you if you are afraid of spiders. That being said, we all know they're everywhere.. there just seemed to be more of them here. A couple of other small issues were that the toilet paper ran out and we had to purchase some, the water filter in the refrigerator needed to be replaced, the range hood fan wasn't working, and the bar stools were not very sturdy. These are nit-picky items, but I wanted to be completely honest in my review. One thing to note: be sure to read (and then probably reread) the house manual if you stay here! At first we thought there weren't enough towels for everyone, but it very clearly explains in the manual to check the dryer.. and voila! Lots of towels. Again, everyone was happy and are hoping that they can stay here again the next time they come to visit. Thanks, Omid!

Nice, quiet neighborhood

Property needs updating! Cabinets showed much wear in bathrooms. Cleanliness was an issue in some areas of the house with spider webs not cleared out. We killed at least four spiders including a web with a pregnant spider! Toilet paper was very minimal with one roll in each bathroom. We had to purchase more during our stay. House is spacious and suit our needs but I must say for the money, I have rented nicer and more updated. Owner was accommodating when we had miscommunication regarding check-out date. Allowed us to stay an extra night. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Overall, it suit our needs for a five night stay.

Comfortable home in nice location with mature forest beyond the back yard.

Pleasant home with nice, reasonably equipped kitchen (needed a grater , new corkscrew and some larger bowls). Rear deck with table and chairs for coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. Good well maintained barbecue. Shopping (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's) and restaurants are nearby and it's a short easy drive to the freeway to Portland. Appreciated the washer/dryer and the ping pong table in the garage. There's a hiking trail around the corner. Had a pleasant stay!
