Cozy Cottage is located near ski resorts, Lakes, Casino, kayaking, fishing, and horse racing The Catskill Brewery is 5 min away.
Monticello , Bethel, popular Old Woodstock Center, just 20 min away. Fully renovated interior with all new appliances, indoor fireplace, heating, hot water, AC. Oil heating system and wood pellets fireplace for in winter. There are 4 bedrooms,and 2 full bathrooms, laundry and dryer, Wi-Fi, Tv,key-less entry. Did I add to description that Lake Superior State Park is 25 min away .?
Painters paradise!! Nature's lovers,hikers.All welcome!! Feels like home away from enjoyment of a freedom from city rushing work days.
House is great for relaxing weekend .Sky lights in 4 bedrooms clear sky and the stars to observe.
Forget about your problems !! Come over and relax !! We always have a snow on winter months and crystal clear water in a river on back yard.
We have ROKU TV,DVD player downstairs and 4 TV s in bedrooms .

Cozy cottage was the perfect spot! It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Alina was responsive when we had questions and very graciously left a treat when we arrived. We all enjoyed time at the creek behind the house and it was a great home base for exploring the Catskills. I just wish we’d had a few more days.

Peaceful Stay

The house was well equipped and clean. The property was very nice, lots of space to walk to the creek and I enjoyed the firepit. Quiet street so you can relax and listen to the creek and watch the stars. Theres an AC in the closet upstairs for the bedrooms that I didn't see at first. Overall great stay especially if you are going to Bethel Woods, 30 mins on back roads perfect place to stay for concerts. Thank you to the host .

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We were beyond pleased with this property! Finding it was a little difficult late at night, but getting in was a breeze and it's surprisingly big for the price. There are 4 full-sized bedrooms (although tall people might have some trouble with the way the roof slants). There are a bunch of helpful instructions posted anywhere you'd need them like how to get hot water in the showers (no issues other than it being a little counter-intuitive, which is why the notes are there) and the cozy pellet stove. There are a ton of DVDs as well as a Roku so you can watch whatever you want while lounging on the big comfy couches - fit 5 of us with space for more! It was really nice taking our coffee down to sit on the rocks by the river which is down a short path in the backyard. The highway is pretty close, but we were prepared for that since it's pretty obvious on the map. It was never a problem though - it's not very busy, especially at night, and if you're sitting by the river the water drowns out any car sounds. There was no sign of mice, even though we accidentally left some pastries on the counter. The location is awesome! It's about a 5 minute drive to the super cute main street with shops and restaurants and not much farther to hiking and a very cool brewery. It was exactly the break from the city we were hoping for. We'd rent this place again in a heartbeat!

The property is very comfortable. It is equipped with everything needed for cooking and has nice self-care products. I've taken my dog several times and she loves it...especially the lovely outdoor space with bunnies

Nice holiday weekend getaway

The house was comfortable. The yard was great for my dog to run around. The creek out back is lovely. The road is a dead end, so barely any traffic at all. Very quiet. There were games, puzzles, movies, kitchen supplies, etc. Everything was easy to find and navigate. Nice place to stay.

Cottage on River

As described, an immaculate cottage close to the Beaver Kill for fishing and the Little Beaver in the backyard. Very accommodating host with great communication. Would recommend!

My initial impression of the property was not great; the property definitely needs some external TLC.But, you can't judge a book.by its cover!The interior was lovely and has even we needed for a very enjoyable visit.

Just what the doctor ordered

Very clean, very sweet, true you can't let the outside scare you it's beautiful inside. Creek was perfect. If you go to get groceries there is a dollar general go there before you go to pecks market they're expensive

Spring flyfishing weekend

Great location for some of the finest trout fishing water in the world. The house was comfortable, welcoming, with attention to many helpful details, supplies, working WiFi. Quiet location right on the Little Beaverkill. Thoroughly enjoyable.
