An 85 sqm. apartment with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and two kitchens in the Oltrarno district in Florence almost 100 m. from Piazza Santo Spirito in the quiet Via Maffia street.
This feature makes it one of a kind since it can be rented by customers who want to be together but who want at the same time their privacy, a family with children or a group of friends and can also fits additional people thanks to the two sofas beds in the 2 living rooms!
Real Taste of Tuscany TopApartment, which has been totally renovated in February 2018, is located on the first floor of a building, just above the Real Taste of Tuscany apartment which is at the ground floor, (same owner…me!) which accommodates 2 + 2 people. An ideal solution for a group of people who can rent both the ground floor and the first floor. So, renting both, they can accommodate maximum 12 people or comfortably from 6 to 9.
The apartment consists of an entrance, a left side that immediately leads to a double bedroom with bathroom inside (shower) and a living room with kitchen corner in a closet with TV, sofa bed, washing machine and dining table (screens at the windows in this bedroom and in the living room); on the right side of the entrance, there is a double bedroom with bathroom inside (shower) and a living room with a kitchen corner with TV, sofa bed, dining table and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
In the rooms there are ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows. You don’t need air conditioning as this is a warm building in winter and cool in summer, however, an air conditioner was provided in case in one bedroom (left side).
In each of the two living rooms, there are two TV Sat, stereo with I pod input, bookcase, and a Real Taste of Tuscany corner with specialties of food and wine of Tuscany strictly selected by our staff available to be purchased by our customers.

On special request and in the low season, we rent also the apartment separately , the right side and the left side as they can be completely independent closing a door. Good and nteresting solution...
