Enjoy your vacation in this very spacious, beach feel condo with two private balconies. The main level has 1 bedroom (1 King Bed) with a private bathroom, living rm, dinning area, and half bathroom. All new flooring and new washer and dryer. On the second level you will find a loft space with (1 Queen Bed) with sitting area. On the second level is a bedroom (1 Queen Bed) with a private bathroom and private balcony. All new carpet.

Located near downtown Grand Haven close to our award winning BEACH. Located right in Grand Landing you will find restaurants including Paisley Pig, Rykes Bakery, and Biggby coffee, GL Nails, and Sweet Temptations.

Take a short walk or bike ride to Grand Haven's boardwalk for several more restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including the musical fountain.

Very spacious and great rental for our family which had 6 people. Location is about 5 minute drive to downtown area and beach. Owner was responsive and rental was clean. I would recommend for any family seeking a comfortable, spacious and well priced rental in the area.

We had a wonderful little getaway. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. Everywhere the people were so nice. Our condo was so beautiful. Loved sitting on the balcony every evening. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean property, excellent location, within walking / biking distance to downtown Grand Haven. Property as described, met all expectations, would definitely stay here again. Just be aware that access to the upstairs bedroom is through the loft area which is set up with a queen bed, so if you have someone sleeping in the loft area there's not a lot of privacy, and you also share the bathroom which is located inside of the upstairs bedroom. This was well communicated by the host, so all good.

Amazing weekend

The owner was very good at communication. We all loved the condo and was very beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again. The location was close to all the downtown events and the fountain. We really enjoyed are stay.

Cute Loft Get Away!

This is a darling property that is in a perfect location and close to downtown Grand Haven (we were able to walk downtown, as it was about 1.5 to 2 miles to get to shopping, restaurants, and the pier/beach). The apartment was decorated nicely and was clean and tidy. It was roomy and perfect for a girls trip!! We will definitely stay here again.

End of year trip for my son and his friends

I brought my 14 year old son and his two friends to grand haven to celebrate the end of their freshman year of high school! They loved the house and having the 2nd floor to themselves!! Being their “Uber” was super easy because the location was perfect! So clean and super cute!

Great Place, Just Not Near a Beach

Really enjoyed our stay here. I wish it were closer to the beach, but it's really just in kinda of a strip commercial development with a bunch of businsses on the first floor. Kinda weird when you're going for a beach vibe and there's a nail salon place on the first floor. But the place itsef was very nice.

Beautiful condo a short walk to town.

This condo did not disappoint. It has everything you could possibly need to be at home. Beautifully decorated. It’s a little farther from Grand Gaven downtown than I’d hoped, but still walkable. Right below is a wonderful restaurant called Paisley Pig, a Culver’s, Bigby & the best ice cream/sweets shop called Sweet Temptations. So yummy!

Worst experience ever!

If you are group of more than 2 people, only the first and probably second can enjoy a hot shower. Rest will have to make do with lukewarm water - even after waiting for half hour hoping they are not running out of time to check out.

Clean and Quiet

Very lovely, clean and comfortable condo with most everything you need, and it was very nicely decorated. (Note: Bring your own toiletries.). Unfortunately, the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable: too soft and lumpy, and very squeaky. The Property Manager was very responsive, and helped us out when we needed some extra care. Follow all the step-by-step directions to enter the property. The property location was away from the downtown area, but a simple, ten minute walk got us there. I’m not sure I understand the exorbitant cleaning fee AND the request to clean dishes, towels and take out the trash. Nevertheless, I would stay there again, provided the master bed or mattress is upgraded.
