Property includes private beach access at Sunset Beach, and pool access at the gulf front pool. Beach service chairs can be rented through La Dolce Vita. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

Ciao Bella lives up to its name - a sun kissed villa perfectly poised south of 30A within a short walk or bike ride to neighboring Rosemary and Alys Beach. You're right where you need to be with enough room for the whole family.

Entering the first floor, the open living, dining, and kitchen are perfect for entertaining or get togethers. The kitchen is complete with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom and master bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor as well as a beautiful outdoor courtyard complete with grill and outdoor dining table.

On the second floor, you will find two guest bedrooms each with their own private full bathrooms. One guestroom even has access to a private balcony. Sunset Beach has deeded beach access and a beautiful gulf front pool. The community is ideally located near all the shopping, dining and entertainment of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the Village of South Walton.

The first welcomes you with a wide patio.

This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

This is a wonderful place to stay.

Outstanding location close to the beach and all of the 30a shops and restaurants. The House was great, the Rosemary Beach staff handled every request and were truly helpful. We will be back and would recommend Ciao Bella Cottage to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place to get away.

Christmas getaway

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is perfect - walkable to Rosemary Beach shops, restaurants and beach. Lots of outdoor space to relax, very well-equipped kitchen, good floor plan with one bedroom downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous Beach House with Close Proximity to Beach

Ciao Bella has all of the comforts of home to become your go to vacation rental. This house is ideally located to all of your vacation needs. It is steps away from the beach and pool and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. You will not need to get in your car once you arrive. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. The beds and furniture are super comfy. The kitchen has all of the cooking tools, you just need to bring the food. The owners / property managers are super responsive and their number one goal is for you to enjoy their home as though it is your own while vacationing. I highly recommend staying at Ciao Bella, it was one of our best vacations!

Perfect, Home away from home, Cottage!

Perfect 3 bedroom/3 bath Cottage situated within a very short walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach, pool, grocery store, etc. You can park your car once you arrive and never need to use it again during your stay. Cottage is very well equipped with all the essentials plus many many more. From the 4 adult bikes and beach chairs, washer and dryer, 3 patios, books, DVD's, etc. You just need to pack your clothes and toiletries because everything else is there. Ciao Bella exceeded all our expectations and more. We will be making this a new annual family tradition trip. Thank you Ciao Bella.

Seacrest Beach

Property very small for more than 4 people and needs some fresh paint in areas. Pots and panes where old. Very short on all supplies/sundries. No spices or trash bags. Tiny shampoo and conditioner, no more than 2 days worth. Not one single condiment, had to literally buy everything--salt and pepper etc. I know its Covid and all but the place was bare. No beach towels either and its advertised as a beach house. Having said that, this place is cute but for the price they need to up their game.

Terrence, Thank you for your review alerting us to the needed replacement of pots and pans. We have since replaced these items. We are always happy to replenish your supply of toiletries and can have them delivered to your property during a stay. Each property comes furnished with additional towels in every bathroom for use in the property, at the beach and the Gulf-front pool. In our efforts to keep guests safe, we do not allow for condiments and salt and pepper to be used by multiple guests. We hope the accommodations, location to the beach, Gulf front pool and available complimentary fitness and tennis amenities made for a good stay otherwise. We hope to welcome you again soon!

Location is Seacrest Beach

The proximity to the beach is great! Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary beaches seem to seamlessly connect and are differentiated only by the signs accompanying the umbrella rental company's. The beach, water and community were very clean, and we felt safe enough to allow two teens to bike around at night. The businesses were great, and with only one exception, were never asked to put on a mask. 30A is a two lane road with a maximum 25 mph speed limit in most areas. The traffic accommodates for pedestrians and bikes at the crosswalks, so maneuverability was easy. The cottage was clean and functional for a beach vacation rental, but several things did need attention: The downstairs shower drain was clogged so we were in ankle-deep water quickly. The banister we loose and didn't feel sure using the stairs. Also, two of the three doors wouldn't lock properly. The grill provided on the patio was excellent for grilling the steaks we bought at Publix. Next time I'm trying the Snapper from Destin Ice Market 30A! Really chill spot and we will definitely return!

Fantastic experience

Ciao Bella was a perfect home for our family if 4. We had plenty of room. The beds are amazingly comfortable and clean we all slept really well each night. The beach is very close just a short walk down to the beach or pool. The bikes were handy to explore the towns of Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. This is a perfect home for 4-6 people to be comfortable.

Short on service and accessibility considering the proce

It says that check in is 4:00-7:00 and we arrived at 5:30 but our place was not ready until 6:30….not good when you’ve been traveling all day. The listing promised 4 beach chairs but there was only 3 when we arrived and one of those was broken. It took the management company 2 days to get two new chairs to us. This was disappointing. The place was fine for me and my 3 adult kids, although the cleanliness was just so so. My daughter found a long hair in her bathroom when we first arrived, and the kitchen did not seem very clean. Considering how expensive this place was, I expected better service. I would not return.

Seacrest 2021

The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Property management helped us get the TVs working (we assume a previous renter had disconnected them). Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, plenty of utensils, plates, etc. All 4 bikes were available, of the 3 chairs, 1 was broken but we brought some chairs with us & bought an umbrella. It’s an easy walk to pool & beach. The gated neighborhood is wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at Ciao Bello! It is the perfect location- within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach. Lots of extras that you don't find with a lot of rentals- a well stocked kitchen, four bikes, four beach chairs, and beach toys. Very nice! The house is small overall but with just 4 people, it was just what we needed. Would rent again!

Beach stay on 30-A

This property is almost perfect. The location on 30-A is wonderful. It is very close to the beach. The beach is just a short walk around the swimming pool that belongs to the owners, in which if you are staying there, you have access. Our grandchildren loved playing in the ocean and building sand castles. The property itself could use a few improvements. I think it is time to upgrade the downstairs bathroom, and the dishwasher, but other than that the condo it pretty well stocked. I am a stickler on the cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchens. There are three bathrooms and a good size kitchen. They were all clean when we arrived. As far as the beds are concerned, they are pretty comfortable. It is nice to see properties use white bedding. We will defiantly use this property again and recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful property!!

The property and the home were just lovely. It was a wonderful location, you could walk or bike everywhere and the owners had 4 bike to use which was wonderful! The house had everything we needed for a great family vacation, it was cozy and very comfortable. Looking forward to another trip and fall was a great time to go, the pool was heated which was great on a chilly day!

Perfect 30A getaway!

This is a perfect place for a family vacation. The house is well appointed with a lot of thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. The space is bright and very, very clean. The location could not be better! South of 30A in a gated community it is a two minute walk tothe heated pool or the beach. A very private and a peaceful location but close to all the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach.
