Great October Visit

We came down for the Rosemary Tennis Tournament and to spend some time exercising and Enjoying the October weather. House was very nicely renovated and Clean. Location was Perfect and centrally located. Loved having the upstairs and downstairs washer dryers. Main area of the house was open and really great for gathering with family!

Amazing Stay

Everything about our stay was truly amazing! The house was perfect for our family of seven. The layout was terrific and the fixtures, appliances, bedding and entire place was of highest quality. Proximity to beach and shops was perfect. A short couple block walk. The management team was outstanding as well. There was a small issue with keypad that was fixed immediately. Highly recommend Once Upon a Time!

I almost want to keep this secret to myself. It's THAT good. From the amazing location to the beautiful home to the matchless, over-the-top hospitality, I cannot rave enough about this house and the management. Location: nothing is better.

We had a pleasant experience. The house was nicely furnished with high end appliances and there was plenty of space for the eight of us staying. We did have an issue with our key code not working when we arrived but the customer service was prompt and they had us a new code within minutes. Had to give 4/5 stars on cleanliness, because we had several towels that appeared to have not been washed. Everything else in the house was clean and tidy.The walk or bike ride to the beach and "downtown" section of Rosemary only takes a couple of minutes so the location was decent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and seemingly brand new modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with bonus 2nd floor seating and 3rd floor loft beds. All upper rooms with walk out balconies. Great location and parking. Two washers and two dryers are super nice for kids and adults. Nicely appointed kitchen. We cook a lot and found most things we needed with the exception of a handheld electric mixer and cheese grater. 4 very nice bikes are included in the rental. We’ve stayed in Rosemary a lot and this is the first house we’ve had with a south facing porch which made for very nice coffee mornings even in late June.A lot of care has gone into renewing this home and we look forward to a return trip
