On the top floor, the fourth bedroom boasts two queen beds and two twin beds with private bath/tub. There is even a sitting area with a TV, internet connection and view of the gulf which is ideal for the children! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th or 5th stay at Villa Rose Cottage. It's a great house and suits our family well. Being so close to the beach walkover is so convenient and the Eastern end of the beach is much less crowded than other areas. Our only complaint is the new washing machine - the capacity of this machine is insufficient for a house of this size, particularly if the house is at full occupancy. At most, it can hold 3 beach towels. The home needs a high capacity machine.

By the end of the weekend we were all so sad to leave!

Dreamiest Kitchen Ever!

The house suited our needs perfectly. We were a party of 6 adults plus our dog. The kitchen was dreamy. Couldn't be any nicer. The living space was arranged very well for gathering, watching movies, and playing games. The large dining table was perfect for meals cooked in the dreamy chef's kitchen. The home is a very short and enjoyable walk to the beach. We walked, took a bike ride, and enjoyed shopping in Rosemary and beyond. Thank you for a great vacation experience!

Beach Family Gathering!

The property was amazing! We had a group of 10 including our adult children. There is plenty of spaces for everyone to have privacy if they so desire. The layout of interior perfect for convenient getaways to the beautiful beach which is literally minutes from your door. We could gather all our beach essentials in this great hallway and upon return conveniently wash the sand off right just outside off the porch ! The kitchen is a chefs dream and the large dining area perfect for large groups! So cozy and comfortable! Location could not be better! Villa Rose is a wonderful home and fulfilled all our Expectations!

It was a very spacious home with a great kitchen (well equipped) The property had a adorable fenced in courtyard and plenty of parking. I would definitely use this rental company again and stay in this beautiful home on our next vacation.

a perfect escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay in Rosemary Beach as we usually stay in Seagrove Beach. What a great decision. It is a short walk to everything, beach, pool, playground, and restaurants. I mean all within 5 minutes, mostly less. The house was perfect for our family of 10 with very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen had everything you could ever want to prepare meals. We preordered beach chairs and it was so convenient to just walk down to them and have a seat, no need to try to secure an umbrella! We have rented through Luxury Vacations previously and would do so again in a heartbeat, very professional, informative, and helpful. We even got into our house early! Great home, and we could bring our 4 legged family member-big bonus!!

Villa Rose - Week of July 15th

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience-the location of the house is perfect with great beach access. We did not use the community pool because there were no umbrellas but the proximity is great. Loved the pets acceptable feature of the house and the enclosed yard was so helpful. The kitchen was very well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook full meals. It was very easy to make big meals! The ice machine needs service. Ice melts quickly and sits in a pool of water which seems a bit unsanitary- it also runs very loudly. It’s nice to have and we used it but it seems to be in end of life stages. Living area was very comfortable as were the beds. Everyone slept well! The bathrooms could use some TLC - shower curtains are undesirable. The space is so small so shelves would be helpful near the sink to allow placement of toiletries. Really anything to allow the bathroom space to be better used - it is not very manageable in the present state. 30A Luxury vacations was fantastic to deal with and took care of maintenance issues immediately. We will definitely look at this property again.

There is a nice space for everyone . The house is 3 levels. The stairs are nice and wide. The upstairs room is great for kids or teenagers to have their own space. The walkway to the beach is right outside the door. It’s so close and convenient. The kitchen is amazing with the best high end appliances. Very nice dishes for serving. Very nice pots, pans , utensils. Nice private fenced in yard with grill. We loved the Private parking for two cars. A lot of properties in Rosemary don’t have parking except on the street. We will definitely rent this again.

Villa Rose Cottage - All rose, no thorns!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with the Villa Rose Cottage in Rosemary Beach was superb. The house is beautiful, has a great design, and is very well-appointed. The proximity to the beach couldn't be more perfect, and the dedicated parking was a nice perk. Two people in our party ended up not being able to come, so it was a lot of house for just three people, but we made good use of all the space to relax. We liked how the primary bedrooms were downstairs, so you can have a little more quiet, away from any activity that may be going on in the kitchen and family room upstairs. There's a huge bunk room up on the third floor, but we never needed it and never even needed to go up there. Getting back to the kitchen, chefs and cooking enthusiasts will definitely love the high-end appliances and very ample supply of cookware and utensils. Speaking of kitchen amenities, we only had one little issue with the house - and it's a laughable, first-world problem - having a large ice machine in the kitchen was so very useful. But it frequently makes a very loud noise when it dumps a batch of ice. We were startled several times, and one night in bed, we thought something had fallen upstairs in the kitchen. But we soon got acclimated to it. So really, if that was our only problem, then obviously everything was a total WIN.For the setting, we loved the tree canopy over the whole Rosemary Beach development, and how easy it is to get around RB on foot and by bike, and it was a nice perk that the house came with four bikes provided. We also loved the ambiance from all the gas lanterns everywhere! The 30A Luxury Vacations staff always kept in touch via text during all the phases of our trip - even reminded us which night to put out the trash. Arrival and departure was very easy and trouble-free. We will certainly plan to use them again.

FANTASTIC

The location of this home couldn’t be better. Our consisted of family member aging from 6 months to seniors. Walkability to everything (park, beach, pool, town) was superior. One of our group members is a carreer chef and had only great things to say about the kitchen. Sleeping quarters were all excellent and well suited for our group.

Great Villa Beach Vibe! Warm and inviting

We had such a wonderful time staying at Villa Rose. It was actually prettier than the pictures and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and we loved sitting out on the deck. Rode bikes a lot and loved only being a minute walk to the beach!! There are lots of great places to eat and lots of great shops in Rosemary. The owners are great at responding to any questions or concerns. Awesome stay!
