Located on the 2nd floor the kitchen is a professional one and, is alongside the sumptuous dining room and well-appointed wet bar, sets the tone for entertainment both classy and relaxed.

On the top floor, the fourth bedroom boasts two queen beds and two twin beds with private bath/tub. There is even a sitting area with a TV, internet connection and view of the gulf which is ideal for the children! Great for large families, Villa Rose is just the place to bring the crew for that memorable vacation.

There is a nice space for everyone . The house is 3 levels. The stairs are nice and wide. The upstairs room is great for kids or teenagers to have their own space. The walkway to the beach is right outside the door. It’s so close and convenient. The kitchen is amazing with the best high end appliances. Very nice dishes for serving. Very nice pots, pans , utensils. Nice private fenced in yard with grill. We loved the Private parking for two cars. A lot of properties in Rosemary don’t have parking except on the street. We will definitely rent this again.

The home was perfect for our family

Location is amazing! Just a few steps away from the beach and the pool. The whole house was very clean! We had a small leak during our stay and maintenance was sent over in less than 10 min. Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC

The location of this home couldn’t be better. Our consisted of family member aging from 6 months to seniors. Walkability to everything (park, beach, pool, town) was superior. One of our group members is a carreer chef and had only great things to say about the kitchen. Sleeping quarters were all excellent and well suited for our group.

This is our third year at this house and we prefer the relatively less crowded east end of Rosemary Beach. Amazing!

We LOVED our visit here. Such an incredible house with beautiful furnishings and art- can’t believe such a home was dog friendly!! Everyone loved the house and stay and we will definitely be back… not a single negative thing to say! My husband and I ended up in the upstairs room (so we wouldn’t have to hoist crib up 2 flights of stairs) and it was very comfortable. We did prefer to use the shower downstairs but easy adjustment. Thank you so much for such a great week!

Dreamiest Kitchen Ever!

The house suited our needs perfectly. We were a party of 6 adults plus our dog. The kitchen was dreamy. Couldn't be any nicer. The living space was arranged very well for gathering, watching movies, and playing games. The large dining table was perfect for meals cooked in the dreamy chef's kitchen. The home is a very short and enjoyable walk to the beach. We walked, took a bike ride, and enjoyed shopping in Rosemary and beyond. Thank you for a great vacation experience!
