Situated on 20 private acres just a couple hundred yards from Lake Champlain, this beautiful 1 bedroom upstairs apartment has all the amenities to make for a relaxing stay. Fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out double futon sleeper. Full bath.
A short walk will take you to 550 ft. of beautiful Lake Champlain waterfront. Take advantage of swimming, fishing, free kayaks, free 18 speed Peugeot bikes and more. Historic President Teddy Roosevelt site and St. Anne's Shrine just 10 minutes away. Beautiful Alburg Country Club is also only a 10 minute drive. Night life is only an hour away with Montreal to the north or Burlington, VT to the south.
