About this property

Located on Lake Champlain, right on the Alburgh Passage, near public boat ramps, full-service marinas, and Alburgh Dunes State Park, the Aurora House features four private bedrooms, one and a half baths, a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, a gas fireplace and much more. Right across the street are your private dock and beach area. One hour from BTV!
Please note that this home uses a well water system. It is treated with an injection system and then filtered. See Below.

The house is right across the street from the lake. A nice floating dock and great water access make this a home a fisherman's dream! And cook your catch on the bbq grill on the deck behind the house. Plenty of lawn for yard games too!

Islands Only management is right down the road!

Clean and beautiful home. The house had plenty of space for our family of 8. Easy access to the water and plenty of yard space/parking. The kitchen had all amenities which made cooking/grilling easy. My only advice would be to bring bottled water. We had a great time and would recommend this home.

*Please note that this home uses a well water system. It is treated with an injection system and then filtered, Although ok for showers and dishes, It is not potable. Please bring bottled water until we get town water down this street!
Please be aware the town has pushed back their timeline. It may be next Summer before the project makes it down Poor Farm Rd.
We require our contracted renters to be 24 years old or older. Thanks, have a great time, please remember this is not a party house!

Great Place

Quiet and peaceful. A lot of room for the family including the yard. House was clean & stocked with everything we needed. We will back.

Very clean/comfortable

Great place, quiet, clean, homey, private, lots of land to walk dog. Everything you need is there including ac in every bedroom … and everything worked. I have NOTHING to complain about. Great stay! We had a great time. I would recommend this place

Fishing trip

House worked out very well for fishing dock was very stable across the street and accommodated our 18 foot Lund boat nice having individual bedrooms for four people. Kitchen worked well since we do a lot of cooking downside would be low water pressure if you use it a lot. Would stay here again.
