A full size NEW Washer/Dryer is conveniently located inside the unit. Covered parking under your unit. .

We are Jerry and Andrea, originally from New York and now living in New Jersey, but our hearts are in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island.

Owning a beach condo was always a dream of ours. We searched all over Florida and instantly fell in love with Anna Maria Island. The peaceful charm, the turquoise water, and the laid back island feel made it feel like home.

Our condo is just 120 steps from the beach, and there is nothing better than sipping your morning coffee while overlooking the water. We became hosts so others can experience that same magic and create their own unforgettable island memories.

We cannot wait to share our little piece of paradise with you. 🌴

Why they chose this property

One week here and we were in love to the point we bought the condo. The beautiful sunsets and a condo just steps away from the white sandy beach made this our home away from home. The condo is comfortable and inviting, the island is warm and welcoming.
