Introducing Island Oasis an extravagant three bedroom and three bathroom pool home centrally located on Anna Maria Island, and less than a five minute walk to the beach. This island home is approximately only one block away from the main beach access to Anna Maria Public Beach and Manatee Beach Park which offer all the amenities one of the best beaches in the country can offer. When you are not soaking in the sun and sinking your toes in the soft sands at the beach just down the street, this home has a lot to offer to continue your amazing beach vacation on Anna Maria Island. Relax by the heated pool with turquoise blue canopies or sit back and enjoy the views on top of this beautiful home on the roof top deck.


When you arrive at this exquisite home you will be welcomed by the all important heated pool that makes any island beach vacation ideal. The heated pool is surround by luscious palm trees that give you that tropical and exclusive feel. If you arrive at night, you will see the colorful lights that light up the house and palm trees different colors and set the mood for a warm Miami South Beach night.

When you go up the stairs and enter the house, you walk into the main floor which is made up of a large dinning area, balcony, kitchen, living room with TV, one bedroom with a king size bed, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances, an island with a breakfast bar, and everything you would need to prepare meals. When you go upstairs to the third floor there are two bedrooms including the master bedroom with a king size bed and a spare room with two queen size beds. The master bedroom is amazing and has everything you could want including a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bidet, shower and tub. The third floor also give access to the stairs that lead to the roof top covered deck where you can lounge and enjoy the views of Anna Maria Island. Great location- could walk to shops, beach, trolley stop, well equipped house. Lots of space and great for the family. Issue when we first checked in but this was sorted really quickly without issue by the management. Kids loved the pool, loved the terrace at the top in the evening, looking at the sun setting. Recommend staying here.

Perfect Island Home

This was perfect for our family vacation! It is close to everything, but staying at home was fun also. The games in the garage and the pool was a big hit with our kiddos. You can walk to Manatee Beach which was awesome, but we rented a golf cart to get to other places on the island, which worked perfectly!

We enjoyed our stay at Island Oasis and would consider staying again in the future! The layout worked great for our family. We had a few small issues with the pool at the beginning of the week and the fridge didn't get as cold as it should have and the ice maker was not functioning but overall, we had a great week!

Wonderful family vacation!!!

We rented the Island Oasis to celebrate our 30th Anniversary with our family and had a wonderful time!!! Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful and the house had everything we needed and more! It was in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach and the grocery store. We rented a golf cart which I highly recommend. We drove it everywhere around the island and it was so much fun!

Late Summer Get a Way

Great location! Easy access to grocery store, a few restaurants and of course the beach. House had everything we needed in the kitchen and even a good grill out on the patio. Very cool to have some breakfast on the roof seating area and watch the sun come up. Was there for a week with my wife and adult children and everyone was very happy with the home. We would stay there again for sure!

Great property. The only downside is that it is just off the main road a bit so you hear a little traffic out by the pool. Otherwise, no complaints. Very well stocked kitchen, new washer and dryer, very comfortable beds and a nice little pool area. We would stay again.

Perfect location!

We loved this home, its location and easy walk to the beach daily! The garage is packed with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to bring it all. We did rent golf carts and there’s a little hidden golf cart only parking on the beach that made it all so easy. The pool was cold but we still enjoyed it on the windy days when we couldn’t go to the beach, they had lots of pool floats too.

Great vacation house on Anna Maria Island!

This place was super clean and spacious for our family vacation this year. It was the perfect distance from the beach where it was a short walk or bike ride. Super close to a lot of convient places (you can even ride your bike to Publix). The house was great, really nice setup and pool. The crows nest up top was also very nice. The garage also had all you would need for your stay with beach chairs and beach toys, etc. Overall 10-10 experience, would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfectly situated mid-island. We parked our car and didn't have to drive the entire week. The free trolley pick up was right near by and it could take you anywhere on the island, and was quite reliable. I've never seen a house so well stocked with absolutely everything you need.

Great vacation!

This property was perfect for our group of several families and children. The location was great, close to grocery and to the beach, and the house was very well stocked with kitchen gear and towels. The pool was great for small children since it had a good number of shallower stairs, and there were lots of pool floats and all kinds of toys. The furniture was all very comfortable and in good condition. We also appreciated the built-in baby gates at all the stairs. Highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay! We used the private pool all day everyday! Loved it! Walking distance to the beach, Publix and CVS. Quiet area. The house itself had everything we needed from beach and pool supplies to kitchen items. Loved the layout of the house also, each bedroom had their own private area which was nice since we traveled with my family and my parents. We could have our own space when needed. Great bedroom set-up with comfortable beds for our family of 4 plus grandparents. Loved the location mid-island, walkable to Publix and Manatee Beach was amazing, golf carted around everywhere else easily. Small pool but enough for 2 young kids, must arrange (and pay additional) for heat ahead of time. Not happy with rental company but property manager was great when needed. Highly recommend!

island get a way

This was a great property for my wife and I. Location was close to everything we needed (restaurants, grocery store, beaches etc). sour rental car was never used from the time we arrived until we left a week later. Super easy island to navigate. The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We particularly liked all of the outdoor functional space this house had to offer. If you are heading to Anna Maria Island- this is a home you should really consider.

The house was perfect for our needs and very comfortable to stay. The house had all the amenities to make our stay easy. The house and yard were clean and we enjoyed the wonderful pool. The only recommendation I would make would be in regards to replacing or cleaning the outdoor Gas BBQ. It was rusty and dirty, not useable and an asset we could have used. Location to the beach and grocery store is very good and within walking distance.

Family vacation

Home’s location was perfect with the beach , trolley, and shopping all within walking distance. It was well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The weather prevented us from enjoying the pool and beach as much as we would have liked but there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and a wagon available for use. If I had to say one thing negative it would be that the houses are so close together that we could hear normal conversations of the neighbors which lasted until late into the night hindering sleep.

The property was nice. The beach was two blocks however you have to cross a main road if walking. When driving a car or golf cart, it isn’t a straight shot. It is quicker to walk. A golf cart is nice but not everyone on the island is golf cart friendly nor pedestrian friendly.

Our stay at this home was 100% incredible. The amenities provided were over and above what we needed. The closeness to the beach was perfect, just a short walk. The home was beautiful and spotless. The abundance of towels was huge! And the beach cart and supplies were everything we needed. We just needed to unpack and go. We had the opportunity to meet the owner during our stay and she was amazing, and wanted to help in any way we needed (we did not need a thing). The only thing was the pool at night was a little dark, maybe we could not find the lights, but that was the only thing we thought of needing (and it was not a big deal at all) I highly recommend this listing, and we would love to come back!
