We stayed here one night on our way driving to Colorado. When we arrived we were so pleased to see that it was just as described. Beautiful setting, quiet acres of lush grass and the house was perfect. Everything was very clean, there were plenty of kitchen amenities, beds were comfortable and a/c made it pleasant in this hot weather. We had our dog with us and he loved walking the grounds as well. We loved our stay and would definitley stay here again!

Five stars simply aren’t enough!This charming 1933 farmhouse was absolutely perfect for us and our little Yorkies! It was wonderfully clean, full of character, and had such a warm, nostalgic feel. We loved the charm of this beautiful old home—it made our stay feel extra special.The location was so convenient for going back and forth to our venue at the Legends, which made everything easy and enjoyable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.Most of all, we cannot express our gratitude enough for welcoming our dogs. Being able to bring them with us meant so much and made this feel like a home away from home for our whole little family.We would love to book again and again whenever we come Kansas City way. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for sharing this lovely farmhouse with us. Your place deserves far more than five stars!

This was a great property. Beautiful, creative, clean, convenient, quiet, spacious, … just perfect for us. This had the quaintness of my grandmother‘s farm, with the stylings of an interior decorator. We had so much fun here. I genuinely hope that I get a chance to stay here again. Thank you so much.

Great spot for a stop-over

Stayed here with my 2 year old son, husband, dogs, and cats when we were in the process of moving to Texas from Iowa. Perfect spot for everyone to relax and great property to get the dogs some exercise in the morning before we got back on the road.

This is a lovely property! Very welcoming and comfortable for four adults and two dogs. It was clean and had everything you needed for a restful stay. The farm-like setting is peaceful and allows for a nice walk-about!

Wonderful get away, immaculately updated farmhouse. On a country road, but a five minute drive from restaurants and stores. Hosts were very nice and we loved that they welcome dogs. The property is quite large so we could wander around without having to go near the street. That said, the street had almost no traffic.

This was the first VRBO I have booked, and it did not disappoint. The check in and out process was seamless. And the location was perfect. It is located just outside of town, so it has the feel of the country but you are minutes from town. The house was very clean, and had everything you could need or want. If i ever find myself in the area again , I will definitely be booking it again.
