Welcome to this comfortable and well-equipped 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Tonganoxie, Kansas. Ideal for families, wedding guests, longer stays, and travelers visiting the Kansas City area, the home offers easy access to local venues, and major highways, while still providing a quiet residential setting to relax and recharge.

The home features one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, all with comfortable bedding and smart TVs in each bedroom. There are two full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo, making it easy to accommodate families and groups.

The living space is open and welcoming, with plenty of seating and reliable high-speed WiFi for streaming or remote work.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crock pot and Instant Pot. Basic cooking essentials and spices are provided for guest convenience. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays.

Step outside to enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard, perfect for kids and dogs. A Blackstone griddle is available for outdoor cooking. Driveway parking for up to four vehicles is available. The garage is not accessible to guests.

This home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. Please pick up pet waste and dispose of it in the outdoor trash cans located beside the shed in the fenced backyard.

Some owner storage areas, including three closets, are locked and not accessible to guests.

Fireplace (Seasonal Use): The gas fireplace is available November through February only. It is operated by two wall switches; both must be turned ON for use. Never leave the fireplace unattended. Please ensure both switches are turned OFF when not in use and before checkout. Fireplace use is not permitted outside of the seasonal window.

Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.

Pets: The home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture, do not leave them unattended for long periods, and pick up all pet waste. Outdoor trash cans for pet waste and checkout trash are located beside the shed in the fenced backyard.

Becky was a fantastic host and her place was perfect for our stay! The location is great—close to Kansas City but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially appreciated the pet-friendly setup and the fully fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dog. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
