The house, location and communication with the owners was excellent! Only gave 4 star on price as it was Homecoming weekend at KU and everything in town was outrageous. With that said, it was a great deal compared to what very basic motels were charging. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable house near campus. There is nothing else like it!

This home was perfect for our family gathering! The design is quirky and fun, and the central location made it easy to get around Lawrence. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Amazing weekend getaway

This house is amazing and provides unique opportunity to stay somewhere different. Amazingly well maintained and super easy to check in and out. Cannot beat the location for anyone who knows KU! Great weekend getaway!! Rock Chalk Jayhawk!

Unique architectural home

It is a must-stay property if you’re looking for something different w friends and/or family. Perfectly located walking distance to Allen Fieldhouse to watch a game. Loved the unique architecture of the property. Summer stay would be even better to enjoy the pool!

Great four-day stay in Lawrence

Unique home in a great neighborhood, steps from campus. Homeowners were great to work with, very proactive, and everything about the stay was convenient and straight-forward. Highly recommend, especially if you enjoy studying architectural details.

KU Bball Weekend

The property is unique and unlike anything I've ever experienced in a rental. Its location is absolutely perfect if you are in town for a sporting event, as it’s literally within walking distance of most campus sports.

KU graduation

My wife and grown children with my son’s friends stayed 3 nights in this dreamland castle. The kitchen was stocked with Keurig and drip coffee options as weak as welcome snacks. The courtyard around the pool was shaded by large trees and a garden and was a relaxing place for late afternoon conversations. My wife and I stayed downstairs off the pool and the rest were tucked away on the second and third floors so we were not awakened by late night arrivals. The large table off the LR was perfect for 8 to play cards. The driveway parking had space for up to 5 cars. Dylan and Sarabeth were caring hosts who assisted with raising the LR stairs to the study loft after we arrived and prompt responses for other inquiries. It is located minutes from campus and in a wooded neighborhood, ideal for walking. Thumbs up and we would certainly reserve this memory maker again!

Our family loved staying here! We felt very welcomed and the communication with the owners was excellent! Such a beautiful property and had all the accessories you would ever need for the pool, floaties and all! would highly recommend that this place for any family!
