Welcome to Practical Zen II. This 1978 ski-condo-inspired space is being updated, but ready for visit! Four bedrooms and two baths—one bath fully remodeled—with new bedding, bath towels, and carpet. Kitchen includes the basics for cooking and dining—not a "chef's" kitchen yet. The yard features two hammocks, a clover-wildflower meadow, and chairs for enjoying the tall trees above the patio.

NOTE: Parts of this home are still being remodeled, most notably the kitchen cabinets are not painted and the cabinet doors are not attached. This lets you see all the kitchen supplies.

The yard features two hammocks, a clover-wildflower meadow, and a few chairs for enjoying the tall trees.

Parking is available in the driveway (2-3 cars) and plenty on the street all free.

As it is being updated, some things may not seem complete (e.g. no doors on kitchen cabinets, kitchen not painted yet, closet hanging rack not installed). Ask about laundry if needed, it is located in a storage garage.
