The Space:
Inside this unit really shines with all new plank flooring, updated appliances, 50" television and completely renovated bath. It is truly a designer's home! One comfortable queen bed and central AC! Inside the garage, you'll find a washer/ dryer, beach chairs, four boogie boards, and two beach umbrellas.

Guest Access:
This is a single condo that is part of a quaint 4-plex that is typical in Ocean Beach. The neighboring units are all occupied by quiet, professional long term tenants.

The Neighborhood:
OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!

Getting Around:
There is an assigned parking place just outside your door (in the alley behind the property). Please be mindful that it is beach parking. Small- to mid-sized vehicles are easy to fit but larger vehicles may have to use street parking (which is actually not that hard to find within a block or so of the residence).

Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
This property is pet friendly, though we don't allow cats here. There is a $150 pet fee applied after booking. If you have any questions please ask!

Interaction with Guests:
We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.
