You are within 5 minutes walking distance to great dining, entertainment, shopping and a truly unique experience. The condo is located just upstairs from the well-known Dugan's Pub, around the corner from the Roast Office coffee shop, and a short walk to the Spa at Pinehurst and Pinehurst Brewing Company.

The Corner Store just below the apartment carries many local food and beverage items - including local beers and wines - as well as other local fare and convenience items.

Birthday Trip

We spent a weekend at the condo. It was perfectly located in the center of the village, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated, well stocked, and surprisingly quiet given the restaurant directly underneath. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Perfect

Amazing location in the village. Very comfortable accommodations for 2 couples. This place is close to Dugans Pub which is a great restaurant and is definitely the hot spot for late night, so just know it may get loud, but go join it is a great spot! Hosts were awesome! We’ll be back!

Top Class!

We arrived and were blown away by the cleanliness, brightness, and quality that the owner has created! Plenty of room for everyone to have space yet come together and relax to a game or a movie! I would book the exact same way again if we come back through! The owner even spoke with us in passing while heading out in the truck to check the local area and gave great ideas about entertainment and what to see! A great host in beautiful place!

Nice place and location

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was bigger than we thought. My teenage son loved the loft area. It is in the Pinehurst Village so we were able to walk to the shops and eating places. It was also a very short drive to Pinehurst, MidPines and Pine Needles golf courses. Lots of space, very clean and wonderful owners to work with. We would definitely book this again.

Awesome Pinehurst Village Location

We stayed the month of April in this unit. Apartment was very well appointed with everything you would need on vacation. Lovely updated decor, comfortable beds. Best of all the location in the heart of pinehurst is excellent. Walking distance to the Resort and Country Club, many exceptional restaurants, cafes, shops and more. Highly recommend. When Dugan’s pub has live music you can hear it from the Master Bedroom but this was not an issue for us. It’s only a few days a week and ends about midnight.

Excellent accommodations and location

The apartment is in a great spot right in the quaint village of Pinehurst. Parking nearby was no problem. We enjoyed walking to shopping and restaurants, as well as for exercise, without having to drive. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and furnished and had plenty of space for the four ladies in our group. We were a group of adult cousins and have already discussed meeting here again next time!

Gem in the middle of the village

My wife and I stayed about a week and it was the best spot! Very clean and super convenient, it allowed me to go play golf while my wife could hang out in the village and walk to everything she needed. Communication and friendliness from the hosts we incredible. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic property, excellent location

Great experience and property is in the perfect spot for Pinehurst walkability. Great finishes, nice linens, and very comfortable overall. There is a bar downstairs, so bring ear plugs or white noise if there is live music and you are a light sleeper.

Perfect location

This property is located in the heart of the village of Pinehurst and is only a short walk from the country club, great dining and shopping. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The host kept me informed of details . A storm had taken out the cable service, and the host made sure it was fixed promptly, and that we were not inconvenienced when the service person had to enter the property to get the 4 televisions iback in service If I were to return to Pinehurst, this would be at the top of my list for a place to stay.
