Beautiful and spacious vacation home

Beautiful and spacious five bedroom vacation home located less than one mile from the beach and right on the trolley line. House is beautifully decorated and well kept, located in the popular Bethany West community. Primary bedroom features a king sized bed and a private bath and TV. Home has a large eat in kitchen with a dining room table that comfortably seats 10 and a breakfast bar for 2. Additional dining space is located on the screened in porch and outdoor patio. Also features a large family room with vaulted ceilings and smart/cable TV. Upstairs kids' room has its own TV and plenty of room to play. Other amenities include a screened in porch, large patio and outdoor shower. The community features two pools (one heated), tennis courts and fitness center (additional fee applies). Community also offers a trolley to the beach and town every fifteen minutes. Swimming lessons, water aerobics, and yoga are also offered at the community center during summer months.

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday with check in at 1:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We require a $1000 deposit to reserve your week. We also require a $500 fully refundable security deposit to cover any significant damage should it occur. There are no additional cleaning fees or taxes. The community association charges $30 person per week to use the pools and fitness center payable directly to them at the back pool. Kids 3 and under are free.

Great location at Bethany Beach

The house is very nice and right next to the trolley stop. We loved the screened in porch and the outdoor shower. Also the community pool was a short walk from the house.

We're a bunch of college buddies who have been getting together each summer for decades. This house was perfect for our needs! Spacious, clean, lots of charming touches. We especially loved the screened-in porch and outdoor shower. The large dining table was great for gathering and board game playing! Proximity to the beach was convenient. The owner, Mary Lou, was gracious and accommodating. We would definitely stay here, again.

We loved it!

We had 6 kids and 6 adults and we had ample room to spread out and also come together. Thank you for responding so quickly to internet problem, that would have been a disaster when we were stuck inside for weather. Hope to revisit in the future

Great family vacation!

We had a great week here! Usually we go to Ocean City and decided to try something new this year and this house and town did not disappoint! Honestly I think the house was better in person than in the pictures. Right on the trolley line and the resident parking passes were so helpful. We loved it, thank you!

Everything we needed

The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the outdoor shower was great! Even though the trolley wasn't running, the beach was so close we could still walk and the parking passes made heading downtown so easy. We cooked every night and there was plenty of room for two families to eat and hang out. It was perfect!

Great vacation home!

Wonderful house in a great community with pool and walking distance to the beach. This house had tons of space and lovely indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house!!!

Wow what a perfect place for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and spread out. The deck and screened in porch are perfect. The outdoor shower is to die for. It's all we used :) Great location- short walk to the beach for morning yoga. Bethany is a great beach and this house is perfect for a larger group. We will go back for sure. The owners are very accommodating and easy to contact. It exceeded our expectations.

A perfect family beach house!

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well supplied with everything a beach house needs (pots, dishes, lawn chairs, etc.), and the property owner promptly answered every question we had. We were very happy with the location of the house: the community pool is a short walk away, and the beach is very accessible by either trolley or car (since the house comes with two residential parking permits). For adults, the walk to the town center and the beach can be pleasant, although it's a long walk for kids. The neighborhood also has flat, quiet roads for bicycling. All in all, our family was thoroughly pleased by our stay here!
