Come enjoy our Kings' Club golf membership. Our condo is ready for your vacation in paradise! Bring the family or a few couples and enjoy the resort life in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Located on the fourth hole of the Waikoloa Lakes Course you can play a round or you can sit on the lanai and watch! Our Kings Club GOLD membership allows our guests to play golf at a very discounted rate ($75 prior to 9:30 am $50 after 9:30am and clubs can be rented for $25- rates are subject to change).
You can walk to The King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace which offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. A "luxury" movie theater with food and drink services to your seat. Bring your sunscreen as the condo is walking distance to the beautiful Anaeho'omalu Beach where you can lounge, snorkel, paddle board, or just people watch. Right outside the entrance to the complex is King’s Petroglyph Trail, an amazing piece of history!
Just 20 minute from the Kona Airport the Waikoloa Beach Resort has everything you need to have the perfect Big Island vacation!

Spring Break Trip

The property was beautiful. We had plenty of space for six people which met all of our needs and was as exactly as advertised. We had a great time visiting the beaches and waterfalls around the island. Our personal favorite was Beach 49, a beautiful black sand area that we lucked out on because it was empty. Paul and Trenae were amazing hosts giving us recommendations and advice for several parts of our trip.

Quiet condo in Waikola

We had such an amazing time staying at the condo for our week in the Big Island. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I plus our three college age kids. We loved absolutely everything about our vacation at Paul and Trenae’s condo. Communication was excellent from the start through to the end, and the condo exceeded our expectations. We have never stayed in such a well stocked condo - it had everything we needed! We hope to come back again soon!

Why they chose this property

When looking for the ideal location for our family to visit Waikoloa Beach Resort had it all. We love to golf and can walk to the beach with a snorkel, or take a break at the shops. The fact that the Big Island has such a variety of things to do was attractive to our teens and hopefully keeps them traveling with us to our home in paradise!

What makes this property unique

The loft is a perfect teen/tween space. In our case it allows our teens to have their own space.
