The property is spacious and very well maintained . Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are modern and ver clean. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. I love the location; an easy walk to Lookout Mountain and quick drive to stores and restaurants.

Brent’s house was a great stay—clean, comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood. The location was perfect, centrally located near food, golf courses, and the Waste Management Tournament. We had a group of 8 and everyone was able to have their own bed, which was a huge plus. Brent was very friendly and responsive, and check-in was easy and seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Brent was a great host. Each room had HD TV which is what everyone staying with us was looking forward to. The weather was awesome. We had an issue with the TV in the living room, Brent was gracious enough to stop by and fix it. If you have a large family or lots of guest, this is the place for you, the neighborhood is quiet. In less than a week we got our damage deposit refunded to us.

About the host

Hosted by Brent Baylon

Host profile image
Hi! My name is Brent Baylon. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and have lived here my entire life. I started hosting after traveling years ago and discovering how much I preferred vacation rentals over traditional hotels. My goal is to offer the same warm hospitality and fun-filled experiences that made my own travels so memorable. I look forward to helping you feel right at home!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it truly offers the best of Phoenix—quiet, safe, and family-friendly, yet still close to great dining, shopping, hiking trails, and entertainment. It's the perfect mix of convenience and relaxation. I love how peaceful the area feels, especially in the evenings, and how easy it is to get around without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It’s a great place to unwind while still being close to everything you might need.
