HOUSE RULES
- No smoking/vaping while on the property
- Pet allowed (1 small dog and MUST BE APPROVED by the hosts prior to booking except for service dogs)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Private Heated Pool
- Must be at least 25 years old to book our property

Please Note: If there is any evidence of parties, smoking or pets-(if not previously approved by the hosts) found at the property, your reservation may be cancelled immediately and you will be asked to leave the home with no form of refund. If our cleaners need to mitigate smoking damage, there will be an additional fees added to the regular cleaning fee that will be transferred to the guest.

Also Note: Our Sparkling pool does not have a security fence or gate around it, but the doors that opens to the pool area are well secured and should be inaccessible to little children. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES when a child is present in or around the pool area.

We have 3 exterior surveillance cameras that monitor the property at all times. One exterior camera that monitor the front entrance and parking area and 2 exterior cameras that monitor the side gate entrances. All cameras record both audio and video. There are no additional cameras or video surveillance on the property other than these 3. Please do not tamper with the exterior cameras. Tampering and/or covering of exterior cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refunds and you will be asked to leave the property.
