We were in town for our sons wedding and this place provided a great close location. The house is very nice and well supplied. There was plenty of room to spread out. Located in the “locals French Quarter” there are a ton of bars and restaurants close by. During the weeknights the area is fairly quiet but the weekend nights are a little more lively. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The stay provided a very unique and memorable NOLA experience.
Our host was wonderful! He accommodated our needs from day one. The property is absolutely gorgeous. If you don't mind noise and enjoy live music at night, this will be a great place to stay.

I glade you enjoyed your stay. It is a lively area with locals and tourists alike enjoying the pub music. Please come back when you can.
The home was very clean and right in the middle of all the action on Frenchmen st. We were there during the week so it wasn’t as busy as a weekend but definitely started to get busier Thursday night. I retreated to one of the back bedrooms to sleep so easy fix! There is ample space to spread out and all the beds were very comfortable and large. Parking wasn’t too much of a hassle as we were able to park right in front of the house most days. There is construction going on next door so if you get there after they have started working you may have to park a little ways down the street and move when they leave. I loved the style of the house and the communication with the host was easy and he responded to questions I had very promptly. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group that wanted to be in a fun, happening area of New Orleans.
Kent and Jose were great— welcoming and responsive. The big old house is roomy, well supplied, and charming. And it is literally steps away from some of the best places to hear live music in New Orleans.
The house was fantastic -- spacious, clean, and beautiful. And it's right in the heart of things. From the balcony, we could see/hear street musicians performing in the intersection below us nearly every night we were there. Yet, somehow, the house was insulated enough that no one had any trouble sleeping. Kent was very communicative, answering my millions of questions before our stay. And when I called to discuss a power outage, he made it his job to find out how long it would be out and called back immediately with information and again later to check in. This is a great property and a great host!
Such a perfect location in NOLA. Easy check-in process, clean and spacious house, fantastic location, very walkable and easy to get around. Will definitely book again!
