Our family had a great stay. Clean, pretty, comfortable and nicely appointed. Location within walking distance of beach, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Extra parking passes were provided and greatly appreciated.

The house was perfect for our family, plenty of space for us to gather together, but also space for individuals who needed to break off for quiet time. The pictures and description of the home are accurate. And the host communicates quickly and clearly. I highly recommend this home for families!

Beautiful Beach Home

Perfect !

This home is well kept. Its beautiful inside and out. The furnishings are comfortable and laid out in way that makes for great family gatherings. The website description is very accurate. There's plenty of convient parking. The close access to beach made for great morning runs. There are really good local eateries within walking distance.

House was in a great location although if you want to walk to the beach it’s a bit far. We needed to be close to the convention center and the sports center so it works well for that. The house really needs to be cleaned better. Dust and dirt all over the floors and our socks were black so I don’t think it’s getting cleaned properly. Be aware that if you need to contact the host for any reason they don’t respond. They don’t answer the phone and don’t return calls. Also denied that I had contacted them through the app when I had clearly sent messages to them which they never responded to.

Thank you for your feedback. We do, however, want to clarify a few points for accuracy. The guest mentioned reaching out through Airbnb, though this reservation was actually booked through VRBO. During one of our busiest fully booked weekends of the season, communication was being managed across multiple platforms, and we were unable to locate any Airbnb correspondence tied to this reservation since it was not an Airbnb booking. We certainly never intended to ignore the guests last message regarding a late check out request - we always strive to respond as quickly as possible, especially during peak occupancy periods. We also take cleanliness concerns seriously and have shared the feedback with our housekeeping team for review. We appreciate all guest feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience we provide.

This is perfect stay... 9 min walk to the beach. Enjoyed the space very much. However, due to the airforce base being close you hear the planes. Suggestion get ear plugs. The townhouse has everything and its cozy. I loved that there is a balcony to just sit out. Parking was perfect for two cars. Convenient store right around the corner for quick pick up. Every bathroom and room was clean abd space was enough for 8 pp.

Wicked 10 K weekend

A great location for our family’s participation in the Wicked 10K run…an easy warm up walk to the convention center for the start and an easy walk back after the finish on the boardwalk. Location was great.. and we had enough bedrooms for everyone ..

Lovely Property Close to the Beach

Some friends and family came for a weekend stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The place was spacious, clean and close to the beach. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vacation getaway.

Close to a lot in the area

It was four blocks from the beach which was nice. It would be nice if there were beach towels provided - we ended up taking the white towels and washing them. Lots of restaurants to eat at that are close by. Lots of stairs but we had a bedroom for everyone so that was nice. The place was clean!

30th Birthday Surprise

I had the house for my son and God children. They sent me pictures and videos. They said everything was excellent. The property mangers were excellent in telling them how to get the light on in the house. They called them and they called back in a timely manner. Now I can't wait to come and stay. They said they would definitely do it again. The only thing they didn't like was having to pay for parking. Coming from out of town they had two extra cars that they had to park in the garage. Other than that the property was spacious with a lot of room and the games that were in the house was good. They didn't make it to the beach because of rain so they will have to make another trip. I recommend this property to everyone. Thanks for a wonderful place to surprise my son on his day.
