The condo is very nice and large. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony. Floors were a little dirty but I feel that is to be expected at the beach. The fan in the master makes a noise but we were able to tune it out and slept great. Overall very nice and I would recommend this condo and stay here again

Excellent view of the gulf from the 6th floor. Beautiful blue water. Awesome sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Pool was war. Beach service was good. Extra chairs are 15 each and 10 for an umbrella. Convenient elevators. Clean complex.

The unit was very clean. The floors do need a good wet mopping though. Other than that, everything was perfect. Lots of kitchen stuff which was nice as we cooked in a lot. Beach is beautiful as always. Weather not so good. I liked the location, very close to restaurants. Walked across the street to Stubies twice. I would recommend.Thank you, Linda Wood

Wonderful Condo-Extraordinary View

I owned a condo in Gulf Dunes with an amazing view. The view from this condo is simply stunning. With the side windows, you can see a more panoramic view than most of the condos in this building. Also, I highly recommend Sunset Rentals.

Winter Getaway

My Wife and I have spent January and February the last three years in 601.We are looking forward to staying again in 2026. The condo is well furnished, well equipped, and well maintained. It is spacious and the view is fantastic.

We loved the condo and how it was arranged. Bedrooms each had their own bathrooms. No bunk beds! Best for adults. The only real downer was that the big puzzle was missing many pieces. It was a struggle to do without them.

This condo with the perfect location, clean, had everything we needed with amazing views! So spacious and we appreciated the updates that had been done!
