About this property

Modern Villa with pool and garden Finca La Xara

Spacious and beautiful modern-style estate on a fenced plot of 4,000m2 in a quiet location within the Montgó Natural Park. Large wooded garden with a variety of plants, palm trees, and lawn. Covered barbecue with cooking possibility. 14x5m swimming pool with Roman steps and diving board. From the house entrance, access is provided to the upper floor on one side, where you'll find a double bedroom (1.50m bed) with sea views and a bathroom with shower. A living room with TV/SAT and fireplace with access to the back garden.



On the other side, access is provided to a small living room with sofa and two double bedrooms (one with a 150cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds) with a bathroom each.



Large equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, combined microwave, two-door fridge, and ironing room with washing machine and access to the garden and barbecue, as well as a corridor leading to the living-dining room with stereo and the other access to the upper floor.



Garage for one car and parking within the plot at the entrance. Distance to Denia and the sea 10km, supermarkets, bars/restaurants 3km. Car required.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, bed sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Ein Urlaub fast wie im Paradies

Sehr gut: der Garten, der Pool, die Lage, die Nähe zum Supermarkt (in La Xara), die Nähe zu Denia (Strände und Restaurants), die superschnelle Reaktion von Carlosferien, wenn etwas kaputt war oder gefehlt hat, die regelmäßige Pool-und Gartenpflege, die beiden Kühlschränke, die neue Kaffeemaschine, die verschiedenen Terrassen, die Ausstattung bis auf die Wohnzimmercouch, die vergitterten Türen und Fenster, dadurch konnte man dieselben stehen offen lassen,

Tolle Location, die leicht in die Jahre gekommen ist ...

Haus, Pool, Garten und die Lage sind tip top. Allerdings ist das Hausinnere leicht in die Jahre gekommen, was unsere Urlaubsfreude aber in keiner Weise getrübt hat. Die Zisterne gefüllt halten :-)

Toll gelegenes Objekt, wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit einem sehr schönen großem Pool.

Carlos Ferien ist eine tolle Agentur die ich gerne weiterempfehlen werde. Immer hilfsbereit und schnell zur Stelle. Auch die wöchentlichen Gartenarbeiten um diese schöne Anlage zu pflegen, oder die Pool Pflege waren immer top. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Der nächste Supermarkt ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt und den nächsten schönen Strand erreicht man in ca. 15 Min. Wir haben uns in den 3 Wochen vor Ort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Le jardin très arboré, la cuisine d’été Et le plus : la grande piscine. Les ventilateurs des chambres très bruyants. Et l’invasion de fourmis jusque dans le lit...

Muy buena experiencia

La finca. La casa. El wifi muy lento y habia que des conectar y conéctar cada dia. Ventiladores de los techos que no iban.

Tolles grosses Haus mit kleinen Mängeln.

Garten insgesamt Pool Terrasse vor Küche Haus insgesamt Parkplätze genug Platz Küche sehr gut ausgestattet Betten guter Zustand Couchen durchgesessen Oberer Bereich teilweise abgeschlossen, dadurch kein Zugang zur Dachterasse Reinigung hätte etwas besser sein dürfen. Palmen im Garten müssten dringend beschnitten werden. CF: werden es mit dem Hausbesitzer Besprechen. Vielen Dank, carlosferien Denia
