Large modern house + heated swimming pool from June to mid-September

We rent our family home in residential area built in 2012 with a raised elevation totaling about 145 m2 on a plot of 450 meters fully fenced and having a heated pool from mid-May (following temperature) to September.

A bike path is located in front of the gate of the house, it serves among others the wood of Bourgailh, the latter is also accessible on foot in less than 2 min. Pleasant walks with children and lookouts to discover, skate park games children, eco site to visit for free. Pessac Zoo at 3km.
The Tramway terminus of pessac lark is 900 meters away and leads directly to Bordeaux center.
The airport of Bordeaux / Merignac to 3. 8km.
Arcachon Basin 30 min
Sea at 45 min (the Porge, Grand Crohot)

Our house is composed of a living / dining room with American kitchen of about 55 m2.
In RDC, you will find a big parental room of 16 m2 with bed 160, television and dressing.
The bathroom is equipped with a corner duo bath and a walk-in shower and also a double sink. Separate toilet in the entrance.
Children's play area dedicated to the ground floor with toys available.

On the floor conditioning, (air conditioning or heating mode) you will find 3 rooms of 12 m2, the first room child evolutive bed currently 90x190 but possible 90x140 on request + 1 sofa BZ mattress bultex sleeping 140x200 for two people.
The 2nd with 140x190 mattress 100% latex very good quality on new bed base for two people.
And the 3rd a raised child bed of 115cm high 90x190 for one person + sofa BZ mattress bultex 140x200 for two people.
A second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

In the garden, in the summer you will find a charcoal barbecue, (charcoal not provided), an aluminum and composite table with its 10 armchairs, + additional chairs and then on the other side of the terrace a relaxing lounge with 4 armchairs,
New with a little olive tree planted by the pool!

The driveway of the house can accommodate 2 cars or 3 depending on the size, the gate is electric with a beep.

A room is sentenced to the DRC a room office where our personal belongings are stored.

We simply ask you to take care of our house as if it were yours.
Family home in which we live, produce daily available (salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and tea towels! )

A deposit by check of 2000 € not cashed is requested on arrival, it is not cashed unless major problem and it is returned 1 week after your departure.
