House located in front of the sea, on the cliff of Cap de Carteret, at the foot of Carteret beach and on the edge of the customs road, bypassing the cape, facing the Channel Islands. Landing beach nearby (70 km). Possibility of an excursion to the Channel Islands from Carteret.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, large terrace. Two of the three bedrooms have their own bathroom. Pet accepted on request.
Access to the beach and the customs path without crossing the road.

Very nice House with a fantastic view

i have seen a lot of beautiful places but this was really fantastic. what a nice house and what a view! really really fantastic the house has everything you want..a lot of space. nice bedrooms and a kitchen wit all the things. perfect details.....nice style. the garden with the view on the beach/sea is really everybody's dream...OMG so nice

Perfect view from fantastic location

This was the 8th time in total we spend our holidays in Contentin/Normandy but we never had a location as fantastic as this one. The building is perfectly located for a quick walk on the beach or a walk on the Chemin des Douaniers around the Phare de Carteret / the cliffs to the Vieille eglise. Sleeping rooms, bath, kitchen and living room are all on one floor which makes it very comfortable for us and the dog. We are already planning our 2025 holidays to spend in the same house.

Relaxing short break with fantastic views

We travelled as a group of three adults and two young children and after being shown around by the friendly Chantal we found the house well quipped and suitably large to accommodate all of us comfortably. It comes with excellent washer/drier located in the downstairs basement/garage. The house sits tucked in a sheltered spot on the hill and overlooks the beach/sea below, having probably the finest views of any property I've ever stayed in. Super birdlife all around and one evening we even saw a couple of deer cross the garden. All the local amenities (supermarche etc.) can be found in Carteret a couple of miles away. We would happily return.

Wunderschöne Normandie

Wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage im Haus der Familie Lefevre. Alles war wirklich bestens. Die Normandie ist ein lohnendes Reiseziel. Wir haben die Strände, das Meer und die Natur sehr genossen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche in Carteret und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Begrüßt wurden wir durch Madame Chantal, die uns sehr herzlich in Empfang nahm und uns alles erklärte. Wir fahren seit Jahren in die Normandie und das war der bislang schönste Empfang, den wir je hatten. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Die Kulisse ist einmalig, das Meer hat man dauerhaft im Blick. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls bestens, man bekommt alle wichtigen Informationen vorab per E-Mail. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Traumhafter Blick

Wir haben zusammen mit unserem Sohn und seiner Freundin sowie unseren zwei kleinen Hunden den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt sowohl für einen Strandurlaub als auch für Wanderungen und Erkundungen in der Umgebung. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war für uns jeden Tag aufs Neue eine Wohltat. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Empfang durch Madame Laisney war trotz Sprachbarriere äußerst liebenswert, freundlich und informativ. Wir würden diese Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Vue splendide et maison spacieuse

Maison idéalement placée avec une vue imprenable sur la mer (encore mieux que sur les photos) au niveau du cap carteret et au pied du chemin des douaniers qui est lui aussi magnifique qui surplombe la mer et qui donne accès à une autre longue plage avec des dunes. On voit la mer de toutes les chambres. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Außergewöhnliche Lage

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Jetzt im Herbst war der Strand oft menschenleer und man konnte super mit dem Hund spazieren. Die Küche im Haus ist gut ausgestattet und auf dem neuen Herd hat das Kochen richtig Spaß gemacht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und man konnte mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Strand mit tollen Geschichten Möglichkeiten

Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit riesigen Strand und tolle steinigen Küste. Auch ist es sehr schön per Gleitschirm die Möglichkeiten aus zu kosten die sehr üppig sind. Die geschichtliche Relevanz dieser Gegend ist natürlich auch nicht zu verachten und kann über etliche Museen und Schauplätze besichtigt werden.

Wat ouder vakantiehuis, gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. Mooi uitzicht op zee en goed gelegen : kalm, maar toch niet te ver uit de buurt van centrum. Alle nodige comfort aanwezig.
