1 bedroom apartment in a landmark building built in1905 right on State Street in the heart of Madison. 1/2 block of the capitol square walking distance to great restaurant and entertainment venues. 750 square feet with kitchen, laundry, tv and internet in the living room and bedroom. Beautiful windows with a view to State Street and the capitol square.

City parking ramp is 1/2 block away, there is no parking on site. Public transportation is right outside.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Madison

We felt so lucky to have found this apartment. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was also incredibly well stocked with all the little things we might need for the week but left at home. We also couldn't have asked for a better location. This apartment is a stone's throw from the capitol and all the restaurants and other attractions around the center of Madison. Ellen was responsive and accommodating, and it was a pleasure to be in touch with her. In booking this apartment be aware that it is a third floor walk-up, which could be a problem for some. Thanks for a wonderful week in Madison, Ellen!
