Furnished apartment with two large bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath, one half. Central HVAC system recently upgraded. Bright, light apartment with large bedrooms with spacious closets. Front and rear patios. One reserved parking spot. 30-day rental minimum.

I am originally from Wisconsin and graduated Madison '92. Been renovating and updating furnishings since I purchased this condo recently. Location is prime, convenient and just outside the main campus area. Good food, coffee and restaurant options in walking distance.

Why they chose this property

As a graduate of UW-Madison, I wanted to provide direct access to the campus at the same time having privacy and at the edge of the Wingra Park neighborhood, great for runs and bike rides and walking distance from Regents Street commercial district. As you may be aware, Madison parking is difficult and this unit comes with access to a private parking spot in the garage, so no issues with parking.

What makes this property unique

Small condo located in a townhouse setting with direct access to street and private parking. Quiet, central air/heat and fully furnished with great amenities.
