    Great stay

    You can't beat the process at this downtown Madison unit. 15 min walk to capitol Square with thr farmers markets. Gorgeous lake behind the property. Landlord was very awesome and communicative. Had everything you could need for 6-week stay. Definitely will be back

    Wonderful option for Madison!

    My husband and I stayed at this property all of August 2023, and it was perfect for us. It's only half a mile from the state capitol, and you can see if from the porch - a beautiful view, especially at night. Chris took care of all our needs, and we were comfortable and had all we needed. Highly recommended if you like to be right in the middle of all the action - the lake, great bars, downtown square, grocery store, and just a quick bike ride to the university campus. Would book this property again in a heartbeat.

    This neighborhood is at the base of the mountain of sooo many things to do. Find yourself only walking 5-8min to the State Capital and the State St "shopping district"! BB Clark beach is only a football throw away!
